Any time a person has to say "I'm a good guy, you can trust me", it throws a red flag. You are new here, there's no way around that. You will unlikely find someone who is going to do all the work for a new forum member without guarantee of being paid. You will likely need, or want, an escrow service. But, where you say you will be providing all of the data, there should be no problem in doing it, assuming someone wants their name associated with your business.
