I was new to your site but am a rather big player at others - the security check, lack of transparency from support and the delayed withdrawal are all red flags from any players mind

To make it clear again. I am mentioning this to underline the fact of how long FJ has been established here on btc talk and how much we have been involved in the community always. I think during all those years we have established ourselves as fair clients and all the scam accusations at the end were resolved the way player wanted to, just due to some occasions it took a bit more time than usual. Please do not misinterpret our words.

this is a terrible service and you are alienating your potential client base, could you imagine betting with a large RL casino and then being told no one is available to "check the tapes" as its 3 am?

Its as the funds just dissapeared - they didnt even get returned to my account and your support constantly has to “check with managers and will get to me in 24-49 hours”

I would advise you to employ more staff to offer a more timely withdrawal service, non weekend working is total horseshit.. and you mentioning your signature campaign has absolutely 0 to do with withdrawals
