This has been solved... FJ closed my other account and i get to choose to keep this one

How about changing thread title, removing the opening post and explaining that it is solved then locking the thread?

Seems like they advised him (OP) to chose which account to keep and he did reply with the one that he wanted to keep. After that everything should be fine.

Who cares actually reading all these terms and conditions written in the term page? We only read them when we need.

Yes, the OP can not do nothing if they do not unblock the account but still I think FJ is not handling the issue professionally since the term already is saying, "You shall notify us immediately if you become aware that you have more than one Member Account." and OP already give his decision after hearing from them.

Or are you claiming that the "juanma" account on FJ was not yours? Huh

OP never said that it's not his/her (if I read it correctly). He said to close juanma account and to keep the other one.

@OP: I do not think you should tag FJ as scam coz it's not scam, it mismanagement from their security department/customer service. Scammers are those are willingly trying to steal or harm others asset.

So, they won't give me an explaination why they closed my Account, no ToS was broken, I'd say, stay far away from this site, regards.

Also, the fact that you've ALSO posted this scam accusation using your BitcoinTalk Alt account "juanmatt" (http://archive.is/gLW5U) would tend to indicate that you did indeed have multiple accounts on FortuneJack... in violation of their ToS.

Or are you claiming that the "juanma" account on FJ was not yours? Huh

They asked me what account I'd like to keep, and I explained and told them I'd like to keep the one I was only playing on, right after that, within minutes, my account gets blocked, no response at all from Fortunejack, and they refused to give any explanations.

I tried for days contactnig them on live support, finally I get some response. and here it goes:
