Did you state the problem to them correctly? there must be some issues regarding the terms and conditions.

They will answer you promptly as they don't want to have issues with any of their customers neither with any of their providers.

and instead of contacting their support or posting directly on their ANN first to get an answer from fortunejack staff you decided to post here first? contact their support to know if an error happened preventing you to play on that 4 particular games. also, as far as I know, they only prohibit unverified accounts to claim deposit bonuses or promotions and didn't mention anything about unverified account not being allowed to join, win or being in top 10 on their tournaments(I might be wrong though).

If the problem is from Fortunejack then one best way to do is to contact their customer support and ask what happen about the tournament you participated and if not then it's on the side of the tournament provider then it's the provider that you should contact. Their terms and condition might be different so fortunejack should know about it.

If the assumption from our own speculation, still not enough to make the assumption as the proof.

I don't know the Term & Condition about the tournament from their provider developers game should be different right? and fortune jack has no relationship between the tournament as long the fortune jack not making their own announcement behalf on hi casino.

IMO the proof still not enough for me, the assumption could be direct to the provider game not for FJ since FJ not have relationship between the tournament. The speculation could be "yes" or "no" but since the assumption only based on your speculation still not enough to make that's as the proof.

Then as we get into the last 2 days, I'm locked out.  Not out of Fortunejack, not out of all Booongo games, just the 4 games in particular I enjoyed playing.
Support gave me the usual "works on our end" and "change browsers" boiler plate, which I did to no avail.  I even logged in from mobile account.

Getting no help, and suspecting something amiss, I make a new account and low and behold, this account has no problem logging on to those 4 games and playing.

Pretty convenient that as we hit the final stretch and after playing 1000's and 1000's of spins, I'm suddenly unable to keep my top 10 position. Sounds like this tournament is stacked against unapproved accounts getting into the top 10.

Anyone ever had an issue like this?

Are you claiming that your account has been blacklisted for 4 particular games? I have never experienced such an issue with Fortunejack or any other site as of now. My experience with FortuneJack is very smooth, haven't faced any issues.
Do you have any proof like a video recording or something to show that you have been locked out of specific games?

So I'm playing at Fortunejack with no problems whatsoever.  In fact I'd been a pretty nice streak and have cashed out some and still had a nice backroll.
So when a few days later one of their providers, Booongo, started a tournament I'd figure I'd play.  Tournament lasts for a week.

I started playing for points in this tournament.  I played a lot, I had to to move up the rankings.
Like others in this tournament must be doing I set my bet amount, hit auto play (which plays until unclicked) and kept it going as much as I could.

After 4 or 5 days, I'm up to position 9, cracking top 10 is key as the prize jumps from something like $175 to $1100.

Then as we get into the last 2 days, I'm locked out.  Not out of Fortunejack, not out of all Booongo games, just the 4 games in particular I enjoyed playing.
