The problem with using VPN is that it is really hard for the bookies to know why exactly you are using it. Is it due to restrictions from your government or is it because you are a cheater trying to hide something?!

Maybe it would be better to contact the support before depositing money and explaining that you will be using a VPN. Just to be sure the site is OK with it.

Many gamblers take advantage of the instant withdrawal rather than an approved withdrawal, No one would like complications of course.

I know this is possible but the fact that sportsbet have that kind of feature until now, I think it's been over a year already, that means their system was not abuse and I think they also set a certain limit for instant withdrawal. For a site to maintain that, they just need a good internal control to combat abuses from their clients, you know in this industry there's a tight competition running so whoever gives the best they surely would last, I am not saying FJ is not good but in terms of withdrawal processing time, I am certain people would love an instant one.

AFAIK Fortunejack does not process the withdrawal instantly, that's the reason why I choose to stay gambling with sportsbet.
But since you tried a new one, let's see how your experience will be resolve, I believe FJ is a legit site so if you haven't violate anything on their TOS, you'll eventually get your money.
It's just part of their security to avoid unnecessary issues,

Also, OP's withdrawal has been processed already, this issue was resolved a few days ago and OP posted that his account was released, meaning he got his money.

You can see below for reference

Everything is fine my account has been released

I understand that, and it's good that he already got his money now, I am not saying that FJ is bad but I believe some of the gamblers does not want to wait long to get their money although we can say it's just part of the security measures, if sportsbet would eliminate their instant withdrawal feature, they'll surely lose some of their clients.

anyway, since this is resolve then there's no need for further discussion, my last post in this thread now and hopefully would think of locking the thread.
Many gamblers take advantage of the instant withdrawal rather than an approved withdrawal, No one would like complications of course. Sometimes the feature of instant withdrawal is the feature that attracts players especially if they are alone have this kind of feature. Since fortune jack is a long-running gambling site it would surely attract players all over the net because of the mutual trust they have from other players. It's always important to see the terms and conditions of a gambling site especially if you are new to that gambling site.

yep i totally agree with what you have said  . even me i dont like delays for my withdrawals because the reason why i withdrew imediately is because i need money in a hurry  but its okay if there are delays with my deposit because im not hurry when i deposit my money because i will only play anyway  and there is no need to rush for that  . people dont like complaints , that is why they choose gambling site with auto withdrawals because this make them escape away if ever they'v done something bad which makes thier account questionable to some manual withdrawal gambling site  .

I have seen few threads related to fortuneJack but all of the issues were resolved. They are old reputed site & they solve the problems/issues and will never run away with your small 13.4  mbtc.

That is good news. Now, you already know that using VPN can cause you problem using a gambling site like this one where your account is said to be associated in another account or having multiple account in which you did not. Since your problem is already solved then you should like this thread now. Lock topic is located at the very bottom of this thread in the left side.

Funny that they decided to reveal this particular VPN restriction when you won a decent amount. Why in the heck didn't they bother to contact you regarding this rule when you first registered your account there? I am guessing they wouldn't bother talking about their rules if you ended up losing your bet.

That's common at many sites. Expect VPN restriction even that's not on the policy.

OP's purpose of using a VPN is valid as he is playing on a prohibited country. I see that's the reason why the case was solved. If ever he is using a VPN while he is on the supported countries, I think it will raise a concern. Changing IP at a different location is alarming as it might be suspected that the account is compromised.

This is a good update regarding VPN usage at Fortunejack. I suggest after closing this thread, link this thread into Fortunejack ANN thread for other's reference that might experience the same problem. Because of this thread, I checked the prohibited territories at Fortunejack and just learned there are lots. I honestly didn't know about that.

Everything is fine my account has been released
Great news. I have played on FJ just once and they took a good amount of time to process my withdrawal which is the primary reason I decided to stick to books like Pinnacle and Fairlay where the withdrawals are processed way faster in my opinion.

From my recent experience with fortunejack their process time on withdrawals are always longer than a few minutes. I remember my last withdrawal taking at least a few hours (3-4)before it was sent out and it's most likely because of security checks.

Any updates regarding your withdrawal ? i'd also suggest heading to their askgambler page to get something going since their forum account hasn't been active lately.

Also, pretty sure that bypassing geo-restrictions using a VPN leads to forfeiture of your funds.

Being "pretty sure" just doesn't cut it when it comes to terms and regulations. If the crypto casinos here started banning VPNs, they might as well give up using crypto. Besides, geo-restrictions actually apply to access using IP addresses coming from certain locations, if you read the terms on most geo-restrictive casinos. Very seldom do they actually ban nationalities or even physical locations, since legally, the jurisdiction that applies to you as a player is the jurisdiction linked to the server (hence, the associated IP address) you use to access the service.

You used a VPN.

That same VPN has almost certainly been used by another person on the same IP address to open a FortuneJack account.

This is one of the risks you take when using a VPN, since you can always end up being called a multi-accounter if this happens.

Also, pretty sure that bypassing geo-restrictions using a VPN leads to forfeiture of your funds.

This is the problem with the restrictions of some gambling sites now, so if I we're going to play with gambling maybe it's good to have an IP whitelisted before dealing with serious gambling investments. However, it doesn't really need a serious matter on vpn if you're not taking any alternative accounts. Staying on a one account could be an assurance of any accusation for multi-accounter.

there is nothing about I cant play being russian in prohibited territories. We just have fucked up firewall in Russia that blocks a lot of websites

Best is to contact Fortunejack from bitcointalk and let him know why you used VPN. If not then you can drop a complaint in askgamblers forum just like the guy did as I shared. If you played on sportsbook and didn't opted for any bonus or promos then I don't think that there is a real case of abuse here.

FJ are really serious about multi-accounters and abusers. I also had difficulties trying to get back mine 1-2 years ago. So think this would take some time maybe.

I had one incident but I was falsely balmed for having multiple accounts and Fortunejack (bitcointalk) handled it for me and it was resolved.

Seems like this one is kinda same: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/my-account-has-been-suspended (resolved). FJ don't allow VPN but in this case here they put a penalty on that user.

Well they told me on live chat that I can use any IP.

And moreover I havent used any bonus, I only played in sportsbook
Have you told them about on using VPN? As said this is the main problem when using up some vpn yet you can really be possibly be tagged on multi-accounting due to
other vpn users.

There were recently people as of this year do have some problems with FJ but eventually been solved out.

Fortune jack forbids use of multiple accounts because they have daily lucky spin so this is just to stop people from abusing their offers.

SO the case is clear here, you are using VPN to access their site which might be used by someone else in the past but as long as you didn't abused their offers then they will pay you after the standard verification process which happened many times with fortune jack from my knowledge.

Hello everyone! I used to play at sportbet.one but due to their drastic changes to offer I decided to move somewhere else and found FortuneJack so yesterday i created account there. Today I played my first bet played 15mbtc on 5.6 odds and won, then I ordered a withdrawal of 13.4 mbtc and got a message on the screen that the money will come to my money immediately. A little bit later I got email that my withdrawal is on standart security check and I need to wait. And few hours later I got another email that my account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account. But that was my first time ever on this website I only used PureVPN cause the website doesnt open with my native IP, but in live chat I was told that they dont forbid changin ip address. Do they just not like to pay money?
