guess who's back
Good news!

My support ticket has since been resolved and I have my Litecoins in my possesion. Thanks for all the replies and advice.

glad you received your money especially we are talking about big amount of litecoins
the whole rule is really terrible , and people should avoid depositing there anymore cause it doesn't make sense at all
all the sites I play one don't have such rule , worst case scenario they should allow all withdrawals with ridiculous fee like 0.002 btc worth of the coin you play with
I would be really pissed if I managed to like double my money and then find out this silly rule

Seems like they have done the right thing. Regardless of the positive outcome I still stand by my opinion that "The deposit amount must be turned over 5 times before your withdrawal request will be approved" is a highly suspect clause and requirement. It's obviously designed to inconvenience users who are not terms-and-conditions savvy and probably banks or gambles on the probability that 1 out 10 gamblers might eventually give up if they are made to naively believe that it's a legitimate requirement.

Posting here makes their operation susceptible to greater scrutiny and exposes a can of worms to potential future gamblers, thus the good gesture.

Good to see you recover your coins.

Clearly stated in Fortunejacks terms and conditions under Withdrawls

-Wagering requirements apply before any deposit made on Member Account can be withdrawn. The deposit amount must be turned over 5 times before your withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering requirements can be met by playing on slots, casino games and games.

Horrible term and the casino should be avoided. If you are not using any bonus on top of your deposit then you should not be subjected to wagering requirements.

What's puzzling is if you intend to use a hit and run style approach why are you depositing such big amounts?

This should serve as a lesson to you in the future to always read the terms and conditions before making huge deposits at online casinos.

This is a rogue condition Fortunejack has in place to wager any deposit through 5x without using a deposit bonus. You or anyone else are a fool if you ever deposit money here again in the future.

Update:

I have also opened a support ticket with Fortunejack. Below are the screenshots:

Thanks benjamin07, warningsigns and numanoid, I appreciate your replies and I will continue to post on other forums and communities. Meanwhile I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Try various withdrawals maybe a minimum can go under the radar, or go with those screenshots to coindesk, bitcoin news, badbitcoin etc. the scammers will probably give your your money back to keep making more from others.

Great, I'll post there as well. Thanks for the advice!

There should be a Hall of Fame Shame for errant casinos.

That's an enormous amount of money. I can't picture myself ever storing in a casino account, let alone risking, even a tenth of those Litecoins you just attempted to withdraw.

Let's see if they will act in your favour.

So the current situation now is after feeling hopeless due to no replies to my Scam Accusation thread and frustrated with my dealings with Fortunejack, I decided to do what I really did not want to do and play my 130.1 LTC 5x through as per their apparent terms, which if you have read my original post in Scam Accusations doesn't make sense as I have never previously been required to play any of my initial deposits 5x through.

So now, with a lot of luck, I actually mangaged to accomplish playing my initial 130.1LTC deposit 5x through, bringing my total Fortunejack LTC amount to 310.04994753 LTC. See my screenshots below as proof that I reached this amount by playing my initial 130.1LTC more than 5x through, therefore meeting all their requirements for withdrawal.

My intention is to withdraw my Litecoins immediately after submitting this post, with this post serving as evidence of my legitimacy and right to my earnings to the fullest amount I withdraw.

I am posting here for visibility of my issue, in the event Fortunejack may try to conjure up another reason to not honour my withdrawal.

This looks legit. You are qualified to withdraw your money imo unless there are another rules beside deposit amount x5.
Did you posted on fortunejack ANN thread? If yes, your post got deleted by OP (fortunejack) because they have created their thread into self-moderated.

I'm qouted his post to make his images become visible for other people.

Hope it works this time.

Unless all the transactions are to the same address and that address is yours and you can somehow get the private key for that address then social engineering will continue to be your best weapon.

Another update:

I have since initiated the withdrawal request for 310.04994753 LTC; hopefully it will be a more positive experience this time as I have irrefutably met all the criteria and requirements necessary for withdrawal - as posted in the previous update.

Hello,

This is very concerning for me and I am shaking out of frustration whilst I'm typing this; the crux of the matter is basically Fortunejack is withholding my Litecoins from me.

As you can tell by my post history, I play dice daily on various sites, unfortunately I decided to play on Fortunejack yesterday afternoon to "relax". I made my usual winnings, and I proceeded to make my withdrawal request. As fortunejack usually takes a longer time compared to other sites, I went to sleep after making the withdrawal request and decided I would check the status when I woke up.

I then woke up and was surprised to see that the status was "FAILED", this was 13 hours after my request.

I then opened up live support to chat with support staff. I was placed in a chat with "Robert", I asked calmly why my withdrawal request failed, I provided all the details etc. He then explained that I needed to play through my deposit 5x. It was at this moment I lost my composure because this has never happened before. I was NOT using any deposit bonus whatsoever.

I have been using fortune jack for almost 2 years and I have never previously had a problem withdrawing my funds. (See screenshots below.)

Last week I even played with Ethereum; I deposited 21.39455000 (~$6,417.00 USD) and withdrew 22.05454854 (~$6,616.00 USD)approx. 30 minutes after my deposit. There was no way I "played" that 5x through in that short amount of time, I usually only play short sessions - get in, win and get out - I'm not a reckless gambler that would wager my bankroll 5x. I mean that would mean wagering ~$32,085.00 USD in 30 minutes, which is crazy and in terms of finances - utter suicide. Obviously it was something I would never do and still would never do!

Below I have provided my entire transaction log from fortunejack, I have NEVER previously had any problems withdrawing my funds and NEVER previously had to play 5x through my deposit. In the first picture you'll see that there was one deposit bonus activated last year on the 3rd of June, THIS WAS NOT MY DOING, I merely deposited and wasn't aware that they automatically activated a deposit bonus; I recall asking them to take the bonus off my account. This is because I NEVER like to play with deposit bonuses ever, so I am just proving that I am one to NEVER use a deposit bonus, hence there should never be a reason for me to have to go through wagering requirements - I'm not new to online gambling.

As I've stated, I lost my composure when talking on Fortunejack live support with "Robert" and I ended up swearing at him, so I can't access live chat anymore, he keeps closing the chat.

THERE IS NO WAY I'm willing to wager 5x 130.1 LTC (my initial deposit), I have NEVER been previously required to do this on Fortunejack nor any other dice site. Imagine trying to wager 21.394 ETH or 130.1 LTC 5x through, that's equal to ~ $29,272.50 USD, if I were to wager this much just to withdraw that would be bloody ridiculous and damn near suicidal in terms of my losing my entire funds at Fortunejack. As I have stated, and proven in my screenshots I HAVE NEVER PREVIOUSLY BEEN REQUIRED TO DO THIS and I also know better than to attempt to wager it 5x over.

So, I apologise for the long wall of text but please, can you guys advise me on how I should proceed and how I can get my litecoins back?

As further proof that I go on dice sites daily and have previously never had this kind of problem, please refer to my screenshots below.

As you can see my username is Hotokorg for all these sites and my gambling patterns are exactly the same.
