It's been 2 weeks since this post was posted. What move did you get from FortuneJack? Were their customer service representatives able to provide you the help that you need to your concern? I have read a scam accusation to them yesterday too but it was a different story with the same ground of lost money. You can post this topic on Scam and Accusations board so that they could look into it and investigate it. If you know it to yourself that you are telling the truth, there's no need to worried about. Just provide all the evidences and proofs you've gathered and include it the next time you will post. Screen recordings, screenshots of history, screenshots of conversation with the cs that you talked to would definitely help.

The amount you've lost is definitely not just small so it's really something to be bothered of. Just continue to communicate with them and if they will neglect your concern, you can escalate it further so that they could learn their lesson.
you should have not Bumped this thread because just post above you FJ posted about the proper thread to tackle this and that is in scam accusation board.

Asking the MOD to Lock this thread as i believe the issue is already answered by FJ team.

Hello,
I was really excited when I won a combination of 2 sportsbets in football (PSG-LILLE and some other German match that I forgot). I placed 2 big bets of 20 XMR each on correlated events from these 2 matches (because the system wouldn't let me bet it all on one event, that's because the max win per bet is 100,000 euros equivalent), for a total possible win of approximately 20 times those 2 amounts. And boom, I won! I see on my account 899 XMR. Pretty amazing huh? Not yet.

After a while I see all of a sudden my account at 430 XMR. Whaaaaaaat??? I contact the support she tells me that she sees I placed bets after my win. Not even close. My bet history shows I did not. The reality of the matter is, one of those bets have passed from the winning status to some weird status, neither won or lost, with some orange line besides them (plus some 2 or 3 very small bets of 1 XMR each). Then all of a sudden my bet history disappears. Now I've screen recorded all of my bets as I always do with such amounts. Am I allowed to win or what?

Has anyone has had any problems with this casino before? The chat says they will contact me later. But this is starting to become seriously inconvenient.

Plus I've had a problem before with their live dealer hitting my 20 in blackjack (yes, because they had some issues with their buttons) and they refused to refund me the equivalent of 20,000 dollars because of that. Now I saw they had pretty good Sportsbet promotions so I said why not Sportsbet. But now this is seriously starting to get ridiculous.

Hello dear @moderators,

Kindly asking to close this thread down as there's an ongoing one onto the Scam Accusations category. Having multiple threads in place might mislead the community members as well as there's a chance of splitting up the information that might be indeed crucial for the case we're talking about.

Do you have any screenshots of your account,OP?Any valid proof?
If you really have been scammed with 120K dollars, creating a thread in the Scam accusation forum won't be enough.
You should call the police and get a good lawyer.Be prepared to go in court.
Sports betting websites are capable of such behavior.Sometimes winning bets get blocked, because they seem suspicious for the bookie.I'm not advocating on Frotunejack.Let's hear their version of the story.
Why were you betting with XMR?Using a privacy coin like Monero for gambling/sports betting seems weird to me.

Give them some time at least another week because there are some issues about FortuneJack in almost similar cases and they acted after being Published here so i think FJ will come out here and address your issue.

If after 1 week and still no clarification from their part and or you are not satisfied then you can create a formal complaint in Scam accusation.

OP already created a complaint in the scam section, here is the link

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5368279.20, since he already has proof and evidence they might as well resolve this issue in the right section and that is the scam accusation, if OP got a satisfying answer he can always lock both threads, this topic is pretty interesting because huge money is at stake.

And we are talking a known reputable casino & sportsbook here. The screenshots he posted are somewhat strong evidence about his allegation. Now, this is interesting as to how the site will respond and resolve this situation. Are they going to ask KYC from the player in order to resolve this situation?

They might ask of course because it's a huge amount of money, but I admire OP's patience he screenshot all the details he knows what to do and he is aware of the situation if this happens to me I might panic because of the very huge amount involve whatever the response of Fortunejack  it should be acceptable to OP and the community as well and it should be fair for both parties.

Alright, you think I should do the scam accusation now, or wait for their answer before? I have no problem in doing what you say with all proof. Wouldn't it be wise to wait for their answer before though? I really do not know. ^ I just checked the Fortunejack account but the last time out was on October 29 and I think they don't have an idea on this issue, we should wait and listen to their side too even if OP has proof on his claim. A community should not be one-sided, always listen to both parties before having a conclusion, we all hear that Fotunejack has gained too much reputation and this is my first time hearing a case like this. However, I think OP it is good if you will post this link and your accusation is accusation board on their ANN thread.

Well I agree, this issue should be publicly open between the parties concerned, or maybe it can be resolved between the OP and FortuneJack. Because until now I followed the case that the OP experienced there has been no response in any thread from the FortuneJack account itself. It's true that he's discharged October 29th, so he'll probably have to wait for him to get back online first and find an answer to this problem. However, whether it is true or not, it is clear that there is a large amount of money.

I made a scam accusation, and I have linked all proof. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.58302543

What a huge amount and this could ruin their reputation if they will not solve your issue, also maybe you should send the link of your accusation post to them so that they will be alerted about your case then maybe they will not take you for granted since for sure they have reputation to protect here. I don't see any reply of them on your thread and its interesting to follow your case since there's a huge amount is at stake on this issue let see what is the response of fortunejack here.
It is a good idea to send a link to the accusation through their support channels and their ANN thread so they know they are facing a serious accusation, I am not an expert at all on the subject of catching people lying or anything but the OP showed very strong evidence with the screenshots he posted in that thread.

However we need to hear both sides of the story before forming an opinion about what happened, but so far things are not looking good for FortuneJack.

@PaperWalllet, i hope you have reviewed their terms and make sure you are not violating any of the items. because that's where they may find something to hold your winnings.

it is indeed a huge amount we are talking about here, so am guessing, they will not release it without any counterchecking with the ToS.

btw, @PaperWallet - have you tried sending pm to FortuneJack account here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/fortunejack-303298, his last login was oct 29.

Interesting to follow the problem you are facing. Because it's a very large number. After this accusation, maybe they haven't responded to you at all. Even though FJ ads is a fairly well-known casino and has a good reputation.
The problem and all the evidence that you have attached, it is impossible for them to sacrifice the reputation of the casino by ignoring only 1 case. Hopefully the money with a large nominal that is lost can quickly return to your account intact.

The evidence you have attached shows the seriousness of this problem, which FJ should immediately address.

That's really a big money that would just disappear out of nowhere maybe you could provide a real proof such as transaction ID, screenshots and other proofs and you can open a scam accusation in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 and please do provide the proof to back up your accusation.

It is a good idea to read previous posts before replying to one. Don't spam the forum with useless replies just to fill your signature quota. Doing so will earn you no respect from other members.

Well, if you have proof of this.. why not post the proof here in this thread? I have had a similar experience happening with me on another casino, where I would have won a significant amount of money on a multi bet, but the casino for some reason "Void" the bet..without reason. (I bitched and moaned, but they never paid a cent and told me it was an invalid bet)  Roll Eyes

I never returned to the site and I gave them bad reviews on all the platforms where users could give inputs on "bad" actors in the gambling scene. Your hands are tied, but social media is your friend... when you have to fight back. (Just make sure you have all the proof)  Wink

Well, it is quite complicated now for them and I think they will ruin their reputation if they will not answer this issue, I know them for quite some time and I think they are trusted here in the forum. For that amount, I don't think they will let ruin their reputation and I hope it will easily fix your problem.
Have you posted it here on their ANN thread? [ https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fortunejackcom-deposit-777-play-with-1777-mbtc-live-casino-slots-betting-774929 ]
Perhaps you need to wait for when they will respond with your issue and I think that is a minor problem for them and as promised by their Customer care representative, you must wait until 24 hours. Good luck with your claim and we do hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.

If you have a strong case, you can publish it on this board or just move this topic to-

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

And follow the required format. As far as I know, FJ is reputable casino & sportsbook.
So you may want to clarify your situation and publish necessary details.
A lot of users will assist you if they know you are telling the truth here. So be honest with all your statements.

Hello,
I'm 100% honest, and I have proof. Yes I know they're reputable, never heard they didn't pay somebody online. Now it's a bit of work for me because I have like 1h and a half of screen recordings, so if needed I will get them. What I hope is that there might be some fortunejack representatives here that do not dispute these facts.

I wouldn't go to as far as to post a scam accusation for the moment, because it's still fresh but I just hope I wouldn't have to wait for more than 24 hours to get my win.

There is only one thing that I could think of, I think they might not have liked that my win was more than 100,000 euros. Nonetheless, these wins were from 2 correlated but different bets. The system anyway wouldn't let you bet the same bet twice if the possible win is more than 100,000 euros. Their terms and conditions say not more than 100,000 euros PER BET.

The weird thing though is that they have deleted my bet history. Why would someone do such a thing?

If you successfully made a bet and there system accepts it. It just mean that your bet is valid and they should pay you accordingly once you win. You should provide proof of the records and screenshot that you are currently holding and Follow everyone advice to create a proper accusation thread. Stirring the issue here will not gonna help you unless you provide a solid proof. FJ has a solid reputation so if your accusation was true, You can claim it with proper proof.

Your message gives me hope. I screenrecorded everything. I will do the scam accusation as everybody here is saying. wait and see. It's pretty amazing what they did to my account.

They will discuss the matter over there and the community can judge who was right and who was wrong. Really weird that they erased your betting history.

If you don't lie, have proof, you can make scam accusation in Scam accusations board

You can kick FortuneJack to announce that you write your accusation and want it to be resolved.

FortuneJack is a famous and trusted gambling site so if your case is legit, they will resolve it. However, I don't think they took any action without proof of your account activities. By that I meant the odds that your case is legit is too low.

If you really believe that you have lost 120,000 dollars from your account then you should create a topic on scam accusation with proper proof board instead of gambling section so that in can be discussed on there and also you may wait for the solution from the site. As you have another about 120,000 dollars available on your account I don't think they will scam rest of the amount.
