Op though your case now seems solved I would advise you to be more alert when you solely rely in ads. It's often the case where ads are done for getting users and it's a legit practice, it is the user who needs to be careful. How ever I am glad op will get his money back! I feel he should be awarded the bug bounty, but then again it's their discretion. Well op since your problem is solved I feel this thread can now be locked down, or if there is anything left to be solved keep it open.

I sent email to support yesterday regarding this issue, but to be honest it would be nice if they send bug bounty to OP  Smiley
I feel like OP won't be getting any bug bounty for this because the bonuses are stated in their terms and conditions. Imo the customer support should be the one to blame for this because "Carrie" didn't tell him any details about the bonus.

What do you mean when you say bad service? Bad service like 0-24 live support, or bad service like fast withdrawals with their fee, or bad service like lots of nice promotions, jackpots, bonuses, contests etc etc?

well with this reply i think it can be fair enough for OP as we can see that inside the site players are free to withdraw funds if its meet the minimum
as far as i can assess if OP will be lucky bugs finder rewards will be added to him as mention coming from the community manager but its not guarantee yet but rest assure that the importance is there's no additional fee includes if OP decided to withdraw.

First thing, I do not like about their service too, although they have a lot of nice games there but because of its bad service, it makes me never played on this site. The second thing, this is not their fault because you never checked on your status being in restricted zone or not. As I know, most site always banned US region. And if you are in US region from the start at least you should wonder and asked about it before make some deposit here

Though they are providing the bonus on their terms as an promotion and user should be aware of the rules,
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to visibly state any conditions that are applied.
If the site can verify the deposit, there is no reason to not give a deposit bonus.

If you're not clear about the advertisement it is better to clarify before you add funds to any site. If you're not happy then just withdraw your funds and they also don't take any withdrawals fee. What they said also correct because all fine details they may not be able to show in the advertisements and sometimes it frustrates us but partially it is our fault as well.

The last promo was "Get a 50% up to 2BTC + 100 Free Spin bonus when you try this bonus" "Use the FJ50500 bonus code". It says nothing about the free spins being Pragmatic which I can't even access normally as a U.S. Player. So after the deposit I waited a day to find out I wasn't eligible. Why I can spend the money and then be told to trick the system by chat because they could issue a different provider free spins, can only mean greed. I did win once and they had me post a good review here but I was reluctant because my first experience was this dialogue:

Me: "Mobile is limited, so when I eagerly pressed the play button on my email for the bonus and 100 spins, the option to enter the code is far from easy. I then contacted support as it says to do for free spins and "Carrie" was just as dry and unhelpful as yesterday, stating I need to enter the code before depositing. I went to withdraw and saw another code was activated and asked for details that I didn't get. She just stated the rules of the email bonus which is not the same as the email. There is no minimum on the email, in fact it says ANY amount for free spins. It also does not say I have to play through the wager amount on Game Art and the contact CS for spins as she stated in chat."

This was a lot of wasted time to result in annoyance and loss of trust. Just trying to save someone time when researching honest casino options. The one good thing was that the chat operation seems to be a bit improved and more prompt since Jan.
