First of all dumbass , I'm not russian ! Second of all I'm on this forum for a long amount of time compared to you , if you have problems with the review I made concerning your scammy new casino then address them on your thread where I posted .

Edit : Actually forget that , considering this is the official reply you made to one guy who was providing feedback on your thread  :
It's really a shame, maybe you can buy casino script for learning purposes or to take some free time with already written code and modify it for own casino but you can't launch casino business with just paying 100$ in script and that's all. It still even depends on script, I have seen professional ones that are rented. You can keep that script, but at least keep some shame and show your website to people with different template cause almost every new casino wears same cms and same design, it's not nice.
I'll include link of official script to prove fairness of my words: https://codecanyon.net/item/crypto-casino-slot-machine-online-gambling-platform-laravel-5-application/23088602

I'd like to share with you a situation that happened on Fortunejack.
Yesterday I was playing their Adrenaline game , basically a crash game . I had a bet placed , for around 16 $ , auto-cashout was set at 1.20 , game crashes at exactly 1.20 , but my bet is lost . Which for me is hard to understand , as game reached the 1.20 so auto-cashout should've kicked in and won me the bet.
I had the exact situation happening around 2 months ago , and after the report got sent to the game provider , I got back the initial bet + the % that I would've won.
This time though , Mark from their support wasn't so willing to understand , basically he had written it off as my auto-cashout wasn't turned on so that's why bet was lost , which is complete non-sense as I had it turned it on the previous round , and auto-cashout stays on until I would turn it off .  After a few minutes he informed me that after the game provider's report it shows that my auto-cashout was turned off . Which I believe it's a load of **** , I've dealt with this situation before and it took somewhere between 2-3 days to get a decision from the game provider , so I doubt Mark magically did it in 2 minutes while I was chatting with him.
So he writtes it off as my mistake and with "confirmation" from the game provider he says my bet is lost .
I tell him that it's nonsense and I'll take this situation to bitcointalk and his reply to this is : I will redirect information to the game provider once again for detailed checking on the case and you will be reached out via email .
So basically I think Mark was simply not willing to bother with looking into this as it was for a small $ amount , and only when I mentioned bitcointalk he decided to send this information to the game provider.
And anyone thinking why bother for 16 $ , it's not about the money , this could very well had happened on a 1000 $ bet . What bothers me the most is that the game is clearly bugged and their not willing to do anything about it . Especially knowing the same situation happened around 2 months ago and after the info got sent to the game provider I received a refund , meaning game provider admitted their flaw in the game.
I don't need a refund this time around as most likely I'm gona stop using their platform , just mostly dissapointed with their support and how the handled this in general .  Any feedback is appreciated.

Yeah this casino is a waste of time , poorly coded , probably a quick scam , their slot games are filled with bugs , lines don't pay , like literally got 3 matching 7's on the middle line , even though it's a paying line it didn't pay , other times got lines that actually payed , but the amount didn't get added to the balance . ( it did for 1 sec , like I had 100 credits , won 50 credits , balance shows 150 credits , next time I placed a bet of 5 credits , balance went down straight to 95 credits ) .
I advise anyone if you don't want to lose money to avoid this Casino at all cost .

Ofcourse it s not about the money but since they have solved your issue 2 months back, they will solve this time again also. There could a bug or something like that but the important thing is that your issues get resolved at Fortunejack.
You don't need a refund and you do not want to play further there, this is your opinion and you cannot force this on others.  Also what feedback do you need when everything is crystal clear.

I'd say you are handling it well. The amount doesn't matter and I agree, it's about the bet and the game itself. I've only toyed around with these games a little testing out emerging sites for fun, so I'm not well versed in all the ins and outs. I might have held off on bringing this here until I saw the final resolution - a few days from now when the developers respond. To each there own, I just prefer to come back and document the whole process. I also wouldn't have mentioned the forum just to see what the final resolution is before they are aware there will be a community discussion about it; just my way. It is annoying for them to brush it off then actually look into it after a "threat of community discussion".

Sounds like you will get the same resolution as before if assuming there wasn't an oversight on your part. Annoying they haven't fixed this issue after the last time you reported it. Am I right in assuming that the multiplier you set includes the number 1.2 and not up to it so only 1.19 would be safe?
Yes , theoretically it includes the 1.2x multiplier , as it should cash out the moment it reaches 1.2x  ,  and all other crash games I've played have this working properly.
What's most annoying is the way support handled it , I literally believe the guy I spoke with didn't want to bother for a 16 $ bet ,  considering he told me , after 2-3 minutes , that the game providers looked into it and saw no error on the game side , and I didn't select the cash-out option.  So why I think this is that I've dealt with the same situation before with them , and the previous time , support explained clearly to me , that there's nothing they can do from now from their side and they need to have the game providers look into it , something that takes time and not 2-3 minutes.
