I have over-checked the screenshot and came to know they have released the fund. If they have released the fund why OP has opened the scam accusation? And how they scammed this amount which OP has mentioned.

Explained and discussed literally by the latest five posts before yours. They returned his deposit and confiscate the winning. Why OP opened a scam accusation? Because OP feels he should be entitled to the entire winning, not just the deposit. Why OP take the offer to withdraw only the deposit, then? And is OP innocent here? I'll invite you to over-check the thread, it's all there.

First I would like to ask Fortunejack, if I lost my entire balance, would you have done a similar investigation??? Would you cancel all my lost bets and return the deposit??? i think no!  Hope to hear from you is an answer!!!

Regarding withdrawal of deposit:
imagine that you are in the hands of scammers who tell you “give us this ring and then you can run away with everything you have in your pockets, think quickly while we demonstrate good will.” What will you do? By taking my deposit, did I somehow agree with theft from the casino? I already wrote that from the moment my free bet stopped working, I immediately realized that they would want to rob me! And i transfer some of the money to my account, this was an action to eliminate risks! Otherwise, the casino could write me letters with blackmail asking me to close the dispute otherwise I won’t receive the deposit! Do you understand me?
You shouldn’t be distracted by whether I took my deposit or not. In any case, I sent a letter to Fortunejack saying that I did not agree with his decision.
[...]

Except that they are not a scammer? At least not a known and proven fact. They're a business entity, they're licensed and regulated. They answer to higher authority who controlled them.

Why taking the deposit matters to me and "distract" me is because most of the time, upon that acceptance to take the refund of initial deposit [and sealed by the action of withdrawing it], you agree that the situation is resolved. It will lower your chance of getting a resolution, if we suppose you're the victim here.

Not to mention the possible scenario that worth considering, that a guy gave a casino a ring, which supposed to be valued at a very big price, and when the casino inspected the ring, the guy ran away with everything the casino currently put in his pocket, which only parts of what he said to be the real value of the ring.

1. Player segment 0.0300 what does this even mean?

Look at my first bet of 755 usd - a combo bet in which both outcomes are in the main line of top championships! Can anyone associate this bet with a bot bet???
My second bet is 1370 usd - a bet on a total of more than 1.5 goals in the first half of the German championship with the participation of one of the leaders in scoring goals, Bayern. Was this bet also made by a bot?

Two more bets on corners in the English Premier League match were placed on corners. I was sure that Chelsea would win on corners by a large margin. The amounts differ only because Fortunejack himself offered me low limits for betting on corners, so I would have bet more.

I 100% did not use any bots and if you look at the bets, you can find a maximum of 50% of bets that are ambiguous. I explained why I made them. If we consider the % ratio of money in bets, then the % will be even lower.

Tell Fortunejack, can betting on the main line of one of the best championships in the world even be identified as violating your rules??? You are now declaring in an open dispute on BitcoinTalk that the player who placed bets on the main line of the top championship is recognized as a bot and this is grounds for confiscation of the balance??? THIS IS JUST A GREAT DESPIRATION OR A BLAZED FRAUD!

2. How can you explain to me what a “disposable number” is - this is a number for which you register all sorts of services that you most likely will not use in the near future, but which in turn will constantly send you messages or even call you intrusively or something typical for casinos, they can leak your data to other services. I don’t know about you, but spam attacks from advertising are now a very big problem! So I can use several contact numbers. What is the problem? Who gave you the right to identify it as a non-primary number? or disposable?
Do you have any suspicions?!?! Then make several welcome calls describing your casino! YES YES, you can call in the first five minutes after registration (or during the day) and decide once and for all what number it is, one-time, main, non-main...
I will point out to you once again that you could check a similar point in the rules in the first 5 minutes after my registration! You could have done this during the entire week when I lost all my money! How dare you even present me with such a clause of the rules after my special targeted invitation to continue the game with a special bonus??? It's interesting that you don't even deny this...

Fortunejack! Your arguments are simply ridiculous! And the fact that you openly write that you apply such rules to confiscate the balance will not leave you with a single client!!!
I hope with your new post there won’t be another new “investigation”...

I cannot demand that you allow me to continue betting or allow me to use the 5mbtc bonus that you lured me with but never allowed me to use! This is your right as a casino. you decided, based on some of your criteria, to refuse a client, even though it was already on the verge of fraud - “deception with the promise of a bonus.” But how do you still allow yourself not to pay the winnings on honestly placed bets???
Just look! My bet was placed on a top championship, my bet won! How can one refuse to pay the winnings in such a situation???
Fortunejack, I really hope that you will come to your senses and pay me my winnings! And i wont meet you again!

No, there were no mentions of any restrictions due to location. As you can see in the screenshots, I placed bets and the casino accepted them. The ability to place bets disappeared exactly when I fulfilled the conditions of the “return” bonus - a 5MBTC bonus was added to my account, but it cannot be used. It was from this moment that the first restrictions appeared. And only then I tried to withdraw money and only then they did an identity check.
Fortunejack has no restricted countries! There are prohibited locations for using the site. And I repeat once again that talking about this topic is not appropriate after the game has been completed. As I described above, my first deposit was completely lost and no one wrote to me to return my loss to me; on the contrary, I was offered a bonus to return to the game, without which I would not have placed bets at all! And the problems started after winning. Fortunejack could always ask a question during registration about the client's citizenship or current location, but they decide not to do this! in any case, Fortunjack has no complaints about this either!

https://talkimg.com/image/jUFac

First there was a letter from them stating that all winnings were canceled and that I could only withdraw the deposit! I no longer doubted that Fortunejack was a scam from the moment the bonus that lured me stopped working. Therefore, I hastened to withdraw at least the deposit. And only then I received that letter.

I want everyone here to understand that if a casino has any reason to dislike a customer, they should make sure that their wishes are stated before playing! What Fortunejack is doing is absolutely unacceptable!
Look at my bets, what software do you need to bet on the main line of the English Premier League???
If I had a thousand bets of $1 in 5 minutes (I’m exaggerating this), then this could at least somehow indicate the use of software...
And all that Fortunejack indicates is a rule clause that can be used for any player who wins. An absolutely unprovable point in the rules.

Fortunejack, you can carry out any checks before the game starts! Why don't you do this? You lure players and expect them to all lose! And if there is a win, then cancel the win!
I also want to note that such rule clauses cannot be used to take away client money! The maximum you can refuse a client! If you apply such rules, then you lose your face! 100% of players cannot be safe while you are stealing money from a client's account using rules like these!

To clarify, actually, they have a list of restricted countries; prohibited territories.

FJ's representative has replied to your case with supporting evidence of bot activity as above, as well as the use of UK disposable number. Do you want to say something about these findings?

Prior to FJ's post, when I read your post few hours ago, I can't help but wondered about one thing [marked in bold], if you can please help us understand it as well, you seemed very quick to accept the offer to withdraw your deposit. If you're very sure you are not wrong, and knowing that the casino is quite big, wouldn't someone logically refuse to accept only the deposits and voided their winnings, and will instead fight for the entire balance?

Hello BitcoinTalk Community.

We have completed a detailed investigation of this case and would like to share our findings with you.

Firstly, the OP’s account was blocked because our sportsbook provider identified a bot involved in arbitrage betting. In the screenshot below we have attached a notification sent to us from our provider.

Furthermore, alongside finding bot activity, OP’s account was registered/verified using a disposable phone number (a UK number)

In the screenshots below we’re providing the sections of our Terms and Conditions that we found OP to be in breach of.

Based on the evidence, our team is convinced that there was a breach of our Terms and Conditions. However, As a gesture of goodwill, the OP was allowed to withdraw the entire deposit amount of $1,850.

Other things aside, If you were from a prohibited country, then why did they send you the tempting promotional mail? It doesn't make sense to me.

I... don't understand. Were OP from restricted country? I can't find this info on any of OP's story.
I could be totally wrong but I am guessing he mistook the "They told me that sports betting is prohibited for you and that bonuses are also blocked for you to use!" as the support telling that the OP is from a restricted country.

And, OP, I noticed a piece of info I initially missed when I first responded to your thread, were the withdrawal being processed and they allowed you to clear up your wallet? They said, "your withdrawal is released from our side and the account is closed"?

This is Interesting. @OP would you mind addressing what @holydarkness found? according to one of the images you shared, your withdrawal has been released from their side.

That's quite a sad story. I would really love to see FortuneJack's side of the story. One of the reasons as to why I hate gambling in most of those online platforms is that you are only welcome as long as you keep losing with them. As soon as you make a winning, suddenly they need to know everything about you in order to get your winnings back.
Why not screen the players right from the time of signing up.

Fortunejack scam me with 1195USDC

On March 30, I made my first deposit in Fortunezhek 750 usdc.
After several bets, I lost everything. And I lost the desire to bet.

https://prnt.sc/mF4Tp1r24dUD
Then I receive an email telling me to return to the game. Make two consecutive days of betting at 5 mbtc and on the 3rd day you will receive a free bet of 5 mbtc!

https://prnt.sc/lYz8CimnVCZf
The invitation was very tempting and I decided to return to the game again and at the same time win back everything that I lost last time.
On April 6 I made a deposit of 1100 usdc

https://prnt.sc/v9vbuyFGOCco
This time I was more careful and used less risky bets and won 3045 usdc

https://prnt.sc/UydxMC8CGLU1

and this is where the casino’s deception began!
I log in and see that Fortunejack has awarded me a 5MBTC freebet bonus. But when I try to place a bet, I get a message saying “you cannot place a bet”
I wrote to chat support. They told me that sports betting is prohibited for you and that bonuses are also blocked for you to use!

https://prnt.sc/sVDI4CxD4eeE
Then I wrote that this is clearly a scam casino! what you are doing is deception!
I put the money for withdrawal so that I would no longer have to deal with this casino.
After which, they asked me to undergo a check and asked for my documents. I sent them everything right away.

https://prnt.sc/pp5B2yI36Kh9
After 2 hours I receive a letter from them that they have detected suspicious activity and therefore they are taking away all my winnings!!!

https://prnt.sc/vqf1jR_3GOBw

Please note how casino deception works: when I lost all my money, the casino called me to continue betting! I was a welcome player for them! But as soon as I managed to win, I immediately became an unwanted player! And the reason why they refused to pay was immediately revealed.
I wonder if Fortunejack has changed? Were you satisfied with everything before?

This is my experience with Fortunejack! If you have encountered such casino scams, I ask you to file a class action lawsuit against them with the authority that issued their license, and also get the Bitcoin community to give them a red flag!

Reuploading through talkimg for an easier understanding of the situation. OP, please upload your next images through talkimg, it's an image hosting created by member of this forum, it'll make things easier.

Now, moving to your case, just to be sure we get a better grasp of the situation, the email service you use to register is protonmail? Just like the one you use for contact? I can't see it through the snippet of email you provide. Can you perhaps provide another one that shows them in full?

I'll notify FJ's representative about this and invite them to give their side.
