Explained and discussed literally by the latest five posts before yours. They returned his deposit and confiscate the winning. Why OP opened a scam accusation? Because OP feels he should be entitled to the entire winning, not just the deposit. Why OP take the offer to withdraw only the deposit, then? And is OP innocent here? I have over-checked the screenshot and came to know they have released the fund. If they have released the fund why OP has opened the scam accusation? And how they scammed this amount which OP has mentioned.

Except that they are not a scammer? At least not a known and proven fact. They're a business entity, they're licensed and regulated. They answer to higher authority who controlled them.

Why taking the deposit matters to me and "distract" me is because most of the time, upon that acceptance to take the refund of initial deposit [and sealed by the action of withdrawing it], you agree that the situation is resolved. It will lower your chance of getting a resolution, if we suppose you're the victim here.

Not to mention the possible scenario that worth considering, that a guy gave a casino a ring, which supposed to be valued at a very big price, and when the casino inspected the ring, the guy ran away with everything the casino currently put in his pocket, which only parts of what he said to be the real value of the ring.

First I would like to ask Fortunejack, if I lost my entire balance, would you have done a similar investigation??? Would you cancel all my lost bets and return the deposit??? i think no!  Hope to hear from you is an answer!!!

Regarding withdrawal of deposit:
imagine that you are in the hands of scammers who tell you “give us this ring and then you can run away with everything you have in your pockets, think quickly while we demonstrate good will.” What will you do? By taking my deposit, did I somehow agree with theft from the casino? I already wrote that from the moment my free bet stopped working, I immediately realized that they would want to rob me! I don’t know about you, but spam attacks from advertising are now a very big problem! So I can use several contact numbers. What is the problem? Who gave you the right to identify it as a non-primary number? or disposable?

Prior to FJ's post, when I read your post few hours ago, I can't help but wondered about one thing [marked in bold], if you can please help us understand it as well, you seemed very quick to accept the offer to withdraw your deposit. If you're very sure you are not wrong, and knowing that the casino is quite big, wouldn't someone logically refuse to accept only the deposits and voided their winnings, and will instead fight for the entire balance?

Firstly, the OP’s account was blocked because our sportsbook provider identified a bot involved in arbitrage betting. In the screenshot below we have attached a notification sent to us from our provider.



Furthermore, alongside finding bot activity, OP’s account was registered/verified using a disposable phone number (a UK number)

In the screenshots below we’re providing the sections of our Terms and Conditions that we found OP to be in breach of.

Based on the evidence, our team is convinced that there was a breach of our Terms and Conditions. However, As a gesture of goodwill, the OP was allowed to withdraw the entire deposit amount of $1,850.

No, there were no mentions of any restrictions due to location. As you can see in the screenshots, I placed bets and the casino accepted them. The ability to place bets disappeared exactly when I fulfilled the conditions of the “return” bonus - a 5MBTC bonus was added to my account, but it cannot be used. First there was a letter from them stating that all winnings were canceled and that I could only withdraw the deposit! And, OP, I noticed a piece of info I initially missed when I first responded to your thread, were the withdrawal being processed and they allowed you to clear up your wallet? They said, "your withdrawal is released from our side and the account is closed"?

That's quite a sad story. I would really love to see FortuneJack's side of the story. One of the reasons as to why I hate gambling in most of those online platforms is that you are only welcome as long as you keep losing with them. As soon as you make a winning, suddenly they need to know everything about you in order to get your winnings back.
Why not screen the players right from the time of signing up.
