So, this is the 3rd accusation made against FortuneJack, as far as I have seen. Why no one is standing against this if if this is true. In another thread, OP was also complaint that fortunejack has scammed him.
Anyway, after all, proof is the one which will talk.

Hope you have seen the date of this thread. This is with fj might have been taken care of long time ago. Or did you make a research on your own to know that OP wasn't given the 4 btc?

Exactly, someone just bumped this thread after 3 years on March 2019 (as i have took the snapshot also) and since then we are seeing all kinds of spam on it when the topic is no longer valid.

If you are playing a fortune Jack or any casino, I suggest you a better website in which I assure that there's no scam on this gaming website. This is the vegas casino in which you can play casino and gain skills from other players that may help you to increase your gambling skills.
Vegas casino is very good online casino in which you can earn a large amount of money but because of the high skills player playing here it's very hard to win, but because they are professionals the enemy become more eager to win so that they can earn a lot of money.

when you are invited to spam here about vegas casino? Go there and earn a lot of money, don't need to earn posting on the forum, right?

The thread is 3 years ago but most of the people that bump these threads are a newbie.

Why in the heck has this thread been bumped after 3 long years? This thread should have been locked a long time ago.

I guess the issue posted by op has been resolved already. The posters above me who have bumped this thread need to improve their brains.
They seems to be just posting at a random thread and doesn't care about the date,
But seriously this thread is 3 years old the newbie might have been digging some old post looking for a thread that could easily be answered but they missed the date when the thread was created.
The site is still up and running so we could all assume that this case has been solved .

The op should locked it if he/she has an answer to his/her problem.

I agree, they're just trying to spam here and I think it's not good for a thread like this to stay 'cause it's non-sense, the case is solved now. You can report this thread to the moderators so they might locked it.

So I put in 1 BTC and ended up getting all the way up to 4 BTC between Live Blackjack and Live Roulette. I usually get cleaned on the site so this time I decided it would be best to pull out.

I withdrew the way I do every time. It's been 3 hours and no sign of any incoming BTC in my Coinable Wallet. I checked the "Transactions" page, and the withdrawal is listed as "pending."

I have repeatedly been told by support to "Please be patient" but after a certain about of time I feel like I may not be getting my money. Why is it taking so long?

What should I do?

It's not like it's in my wallet just with 0 confirmations, it's not even in my wallet... This is ridiculous.

Wow this post was almost 3 years now. And I was able to dive into this. I just wish that this player got his winnings from FJ. Cheers Smiley

FortuneJack might not scam you when withdrawing btc, but FortuneJack does scam all the dice player in this way: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fortunejack-dice-game-provably-fair-is-now-provably-fraud-5118747  This is just a fraud game! I've proved why it's unfair in that thread!

Have seen similar threads with some pretty heavy piling on to the site about different aspects that seem to be serious nit picking.
Been using the site for a week so I really can not say much other then transfers have been fast for me,not big transfers though.

My only issue is not being able us flash on my cell phone. Cheesy

will be correct from OP to tell here what's happened to this. OP is just appeared, blackened Fortunejack, and disappeared.

There is only two possible reason here, the first one should be that this is just another person trying to discredit fortunejack by making this thread to show how bad fortunejack is and the second possible reason is that this person got his withdrawals already and he just left this forum wittout even closing this thread and left it hanging around

Most common reasons would be is security they need to check if your games are played fair without cheating.

Yes it is very true. Fortunejack may perform the examination of the accounts, because they do not want the funds withdrawn are the result of cheating and fortunejack wish all players doing the game a fair way without cheating. May you quickly get what belongs to you.

Are they always doing such kind of investigation when there is a withdrawal request above 1 or 2 btc? Will they do the same for their loyal players who maybe has lost much money in the past but get great luck and win big?

Nice will give that a shot when I am at work tomorrow. At home I use Firefox but forced to use chrome at work and not really tech smart with that one.
Cash tables always seem to be empty so far but if I read correctly this site just added poker recently,so I look forward to playing there.

Is there a FortuneJack page for support like other sites have going? Could not find one and have chrome issue where the dang thing will not load on work computer. Can not figure out what the issue is since Nitro does load.
Fortunejack has live support(bottom right) if live support is not available try mailing them at [email protected].

I doubt they're going to risk their future & reputation over 4 bitcoin's.

Have patience & if they don't get back to you fill out a scam accusation in the relevent area, they are highly unlikely to effectively end their legitimacy over that amount of money.

There is nothing to check imo since he turned 1 btc into 4 btc and thats totally normal. Sometimes variances sucks but winners will always be appreciated in fortunejack. The most logical reasons should be hot wallet issue and besides that, fortunejack never scam anyone and there is no point for them to scam anyone as they are spending over 5 btc / week just for marketing

There have been cases of FortuneJack not paying amounts of time especially bigger one (not in the case of your 4btc's).Recently they paid out a guy 84 btc's though it took a while but they did pay after verifying stuff.I would ask you to wait for a few days ,maybe talk to the support again,it will all be sorted at the end.
This is the case here. Op, you have to understand that Casinos are paying instantly in casees you won less than certain amount (this could be set to specific sum for certain casino services).
If you won larger amount, in this case 4 BTC you have to be prepared for casino staff to evaluate your winnings and check if everything is fine and no exploits were used.

Nothing is ridiculous here. They have paid alot more btc then what you have won so if you are not cheating then there is no need to be paranoid about this as you will get your btc soon. They are probably running a check to see wether you are legit or not , the other reason could be that they their hot wallet is currently low

Previously, I say good for you, because the big win in gambling provided fortunejack. Keep in mind, A great gambling site has a useful selection system to select the players who managed to cinch and make withdrawals. And I think that is a reasonable thing and it's already a public secret. Your task is simply waiting, FortuneJack will not scamming, because they already stand over 6 months and have many loyal customers who use gambling sites.

Their hot wallet should be not enough to process your withdrawal, so it will be processed manually. You may ask them by email or wait for the next 24hours.

Another accussation against fortunejack Sad , it is too early to judge guys please just be patient.
They need to becareful withdrawing large amount over 1 or 2 btc i guess. They can not just withdraw it automatically. It is so easy to say "they scam me" while the site hardly build a reputation Sad . I am on fortunejack side.

I dont think that Fj is a scam site, they dont do this just to scammed your 1 btc and this will ruin their reputable site. You just need to wait because there are many possibilities like their hot wallet is no more money and they need to filled it up or may be they have some kind inside issue so they have slow respond on you, I just saw similar thread too and he also have same issue so better just wait it. I am sure that you will have your withdrawal

-snip -

What should I do?

 - snip -

In my opinion :

1) you should be a bit more patient and wouldn't have opened a scam accusation just in a couple of hours wait

2) you should write  in Fortunejack official thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fortunejackcom-deposit-777-play-with-1777-mbtc-live-casino-slots-betting-774929 (to gain more attention from FJ support ) asking to be taken care of your withdrawal request or either to have a look into it and let you know what's going on

Smaller amount are processed istantly, bigger amount request more time either for refilling hot wallet and sometime to investigate big winners.

I'm pretty sure you will have you BTCs in your pocket, it's just a matter of time.

4 BTC not a huge amount for Fortunejack they will pay you, based on their two big cases players make a withdrawal from 10 to 100 BTC all processed it's just that it takes time, such as the casino in general it took 24 hours to resolve the problem

What you have to do is as support says....be patient and pray to the God that they will send your money asap!
That problem is very common nowadays. Not just in FJ but almost at every other sites especialy when you try to withdraw huge amount of BTC. The support will always say the same sentence :"please be patient" our hot wallet is empty now!
And it can take 1 or 2 days for the withdrawal to be processed!

A little bit of patience should not be too much to ask. Just don't let them lure you in canceling the withdrawel so you get tempted in betting it again.

They are likely checking if any cheating or exploiting of their systems was involved since it is about a relatively large amount of bitcoin. Would you blame them with all the stuff going on all the time? If I remember correct last time something like this came up they handled it eventually.

Wait before you jump on the forum. This is trusted business with people behind it and operation, the minimum you can do before jumping on "FortuneJack Scamming me?" is to wait 24 hours and let them handle it.

Casinos don't often keep a lot of money on hot wallets mostly because they're much easier to hack. So don't worry, the admins will get your BTC back. Their website itself is probably worth more than 4 BTC... No point scamming Tongue
