Hello everyone,

We'd like to share an update on this case with our Bitcointalk community
[...]

Long story short, OP’s account was found breaching our Terms & Conditions (multi-accounting). He withdrew money to a wallet address that was previously used by a different account, an account that was restricted by our sportsbook provider.

Cheers,

Hi, thank you for updating us, I'll reflect this update to my list and change the status accordingly. It's currently marked as "invalid" since OP didn't provide enough supporting evidence to back up his claim... which now we know why.

Hello everyone,

We'd like to share an update on this case with our Bitcointalk community

While OP posted to this thread, he also opened a complaint on the Casinoguru platform (https://casino.guru/fortunejack-casino-player-s-account-was-blocked-and). This case has now been closed due to being an unjustified complaint.

Long story short, OP’s account was found breaching our Terms & Conditions (multi-accounting). He withdrew money to a wallet address that was previously used by a different account, an account that was restricted by our sportsbook provider.

Despite that, we allowed the OP to withdraw full deposit amount.

Cheers,

tokash

They do not have any proof of IP, country of connection, mobile device, nothing of that
You haven't mentioned anything properly in your post for getting blocked. But based on this statement, I guess FortuneJack has blocked your account and confiscated the winnings for having connections with other account. Simply, you have been accused of using multiple accounts, isn't it?

because actually their KYC as i read in few sites isnt just send ID photo, they ask actually ask you to use the webcam and make from there the KYC by scanning your ID and your face.
I have completed the KYC verification at FortuneJack. So, I can confirm that they ask the user to sit with their ID card in front of the camera to do the live verification.

They have.

The second you access their site, they read your IP [and from it, determine the country of origin], device details and other things that I don't think will be wise to mention out loud. They'll use these findings and matched them up with their database. So... yeah, they have.

they didnt even allow me to pass the KYC first!

i ask them by email to do so before they decide to close permanently my account, but they didnt. because actually their KYC as i read in few sites isnt just send ID photo, they ask actually ask you to use the webcam and make from there the KYC by scanning your ID and your face. how can they accuse of being someone else without even giving me the change to prove the contrary?

i will attach email screenshots to prove it

they are a scammers!

Liveliness check is not uncommon practice. It's being applied by many casino.

Those things said, casino will usually still ask for KYC, just to lock-in into their suspicion, unless the player is a prolific abuser with known history of fake credentials. I'll PM their representative, hopefully they can give us an insight for this matter.

Aside from the screenshots that others has requested, do you mind to also drop your FJ's username here? It might be helpful for their representative to locate your complaint and save all of us some time, because when or if they come to this thread, that information is readily available.

they are a total scammer, run away from this website
I have my own complains with the way fortunejack is conducting their business, but they are not scammers.
You need to provide some evidence for your claims before making accusations about any casino or other members, if you want to get some reaction and help from bitcointak community.

I'm here to learn and report as much scams as possible. yes, this is personal to me. I suffered a loss from crypto scamlast year and I'm still suffering from it.
When someone reports that he/she has been scammed by casino/sportsbook - you have to hear the story from both sides.
These abusers and cheaters sometimes position themselves as victims, even though they are the ones who commit fraud against the casino/sportsbook.
So, it would be wiser if you didnt immediately suggest someone to share/review on the website you recommended above - before knowing the truth.

I tried to make a withdraw from the website Fortunejack, and the company decided that I'm a person who I'm not, so they have decided unilaterally and immediately to close my account with all my profits, which were approximately 2600 usdt
Is this mean that they accused you with multi account and abuse the sports betting?
Im pretty sure that the problem is related to sports betting after reading your first post about 1xbet.

They do not have any proof of IP, country of connection, mobile device, nothing of that

I demand that they return the profits obtained by playing with them legitimately, but they dont answer any more emails and closed my account so i cant even get in to check my data inside.

they are a total scammer, run away from this website
Casino will not simply close and confiscate funds in your account without a strong evidence.
Usually they will ask suspected users to carry out the KYC first before taking any action, unless the evidence they have is more than sufficient.

As acroman08 wrote above, you have to be more specific in explaining about this case, including the conversations between you with FJ support.

It is good that you add screenshots of your conversation with them so that we can have a proper understanding of what happened and know what to tell you. Only writeup is not an evidence. I hope that you didn't break their ToS.

Have you withdraw money from your fortunejack account before. I am asking this to know why your account will just be blocked, I guess you went wrong somewhere. I am not in support of their actions but be calm.

Your scam accusation is incomplete, can you add more evidence so that everyone can understand what actually happened to you. If there is complete evidence in a scam accusation thread, it will be helpful to solve the problem. So if you have a screenshot of your account and any conversation with the support team, then add the screenshot of that conversation to this thread. Sorry for your loss, hope you get your money back.

would you mind posting screenshots of your conversation with their support? it's not that I think that you are lying but it would put more context on the scam accusation you have posted and help people understand what exactly might be going on.

as far as I know, they can see your IP address and through that, they can find out which country you are accessing their gambling site.
