[...]They do not have any proof of IP, country of connection, mobile device, nothing of that[...]
They have.
The second you access their site, they read your IP [and from it, determine the country of origin], device details and other things that I don't think will be wise to mention out loud. They'll use these findings and matched them up with their database. So... yeah, they have.
they didnt even allow me to pass the KYC first!
i ask them by email to do so before they decide to close permanently my account, but they didnt. because actually their KYC as i read in few sites isnt just send ID photo, they ask actually ask you to use the webcam and make from there the KYC by scanning your ID and your face. how can they accuse of being someone else without even giving me the change to prove the contrary?
i will attach email screenshots to prove it
they are a scammers!
Liveliness check is not uncommon practice. It's being applied by many casino.
Those things said, casino will usually still ask for KYC, just to lock-in into their suspicion, unless the player is a prolific abuser with known history of fake credentials. I'll PM their representative, hopefully they can give us an insight for this matter.
Aside from the screenshots that others has requested, do you mind to also drop your FJ's username here? It might be helpful for their representative to locate your complaint and save all of us some time, because when or if they come to this thread, that information is readily available.
