Yes, this case should get more attention in my opinion. Either fortunejack provides a proof that OP has multiple accounts or they apologize and pay him his money.

I understand that it's impossible to react on every abuser this way for a big site like fortunejack but I think it's worth doing once in awhile.

Lol. Because they have a lot experience on playing in FJ compared for that newbie that claims that FJ didn't paid him without doing against the rule. FJ will not waste their time for holding just 40mbtc withdrawal if it is earned on legit way. already a few weeks of this contest is running and there is no problem as Bitinity said she was always in the top 6 without any problems deposit / withdrawal.

i don't think this is a serious issue that could affect fortunejack reputation .
but still however it is worth to wait fortunejack to respond to this thread making an official statement and make a clarification .

I have seen fortunejack running for years without any issues and haven't seen any scam accusations against them so if you are not doing something against their terms & condition i think you will not get any problem like OP. Nah. It seems these casino sites detect you using a vpn by seeing if it is a throttled connection you have.
This is probably how other sites can detect you using one and they just block you if you try to do a withdrawal saying you are doing that cause you have something to hide.

Fortunejack will not ruin their reputation for just 31+ LTC. However if you haven't made multiple account i don't think they will just block you without any reason. Try to contact them again but if they have proofs that you own multiple accounts just for bonus than it will be against their terms and condition.

This is what im supposed to say that  FJ wont ruin its reputation just for a small amount of money and regarding on the op situation he might used another ip when logging in his account and FJ found out that activity and since they do have strict implementing their rules this situation does really happen.

I have no problem using fortunejack so far, as you can see my name on the jackrace leaderboard. I always join it every week and I make deposit and withdrawal with no issues. If your account is suspected to have multi accounts but you claims you have only 1 account then it is hard to prove who is right here.

that's right mate if you can prove that you are not using any vpn which possibly causing the problem if you are using one but if not you can send FJ those proofs that you are not abusing their system and wait for them to reply i know its really annoying but I'm also playing with them aside from carrying their signature campaign,.

Reputation is very important to any gambling site and I believe the amount involved is not big enough for FortuneJack not to pay it, I'ms sure they are making great money daily and there is a reason why they last in the business for long, just comply with their requirements if they will ask you to and if they choose to forfeit your winnings and lock your account due to violation of rules, there is nothing you can do about it.

This complain will be taken care of if you will post at the right section which is in scam accusation, put all the evidence you have so you will be assess and help by the community, let them evaluate what you have to determine about how legitimate this accusation is..

Yes, it is good to open a scam accusation thread with all the required details. Nowadays they are taking literally one to two days for withdrawals and we need to remind them through live support to send our withdrawals. Don't know what is happening earlier they use to send withdrawals quite fast.

Did you use a free VPN when playing on FJ? If you use a free VPN then the IP might be used by other person and you are suspected to have multi accounts. Indeed FJ should give you more proofs about which accounts is connected with yours, but to be honest I dont think that FJ will scam their players just for that small amount of coins.

It is really hard to prove that you only have 1 account if you are already marked as a multi accounter. Most online casinos do not right away lock accounts. They study the online activity of an account and cross check them will all the other accounts marked with suspicion. It will take weeks or months before they make their move. First have proof that you only have 1 account then you can discuss your issue.

Fortunejack is not very legit, they had many cases to pay 30 btc higher for more than 1 week investigation, therefore I think they don't have much fund, or managed by a shady team.

@OP, did you ask them where is the proof if you were played with multiple accounts? If you are sure you didn't use multiple accounts, you must post your problem in scam accusation section about them.

Even after reading things like this, I guess it is no longer news as this frivolous violation of terms and condtions only when winnings has been made but nothing of such when the "account is losing money" . I guess the onus is on users to really understand the terms and condition before even attempting to play and funny enough there is no way to verify how they came about the IP detection.

i have been with them almost for 2 years since 2015 ago , deposit and withdrawal always done smoothly as long as you didn't abuse their bonus T&C. never face a serious problem before , and they have paid out thousands bitcoin , they won't ruin their reputation for any amount, it's pretty clear stated that he detected do abusing bonus rules, it could be a mistake but i guess they wouldn't make a statement like that when they have a solid proof.

They have reason to ban OP account if OP is indeed breaking the rules.  This is OP's story, and we really does not know what happen between him and FJ, so OP can tell anything or hide something from us to make FJ look really bad.  The best way would be OP to wait after the investigation is done, if you have not broken any rule then they will likely let you withdraw your winning.  It is a small amount for FJ to ruin their reputation.  They may have some issue way back but I think they already deal with it.

@OP Just continue to  follow up about this case.  And if you are indeed clear about the multi account thing, you can open a scam accusation in this thread
