The admin can't do everything, that is why he appointed several moderators which are probably the ones enforcing the rules. And even among moderators there are only few with jurisdiction over the entire forum, while most are restricted to a select few areas.
So, you are probably blaming the wrong person lol.

Hitler theories do belong here... I doubt he ever went to Argentina, but a few of his men did and into Chile as well escaping the trials living as unknown (fake name) German immigrants for the rest of their lives.

The way he used Jews as scapegoat of everything, wasn't too different to what was practiced elsewhere. In America racial segregation was still a thing for over a decade or two after the war.
