Ads are not allowed to be misleading. I replaced that one with their other one until they respond.

The first decentralized crypto betting platform
If that was a site with a license to operate in my country, legal action could be taken.

I’ve been surprised that you don’t need to do much research to see that they don’t have the money they are promising. Just by going on to their website, you can see what their current jackpot is (6.230,29 ETH) and that they are promising a much higher price (70.000 ETH).

They probably rely on chances of someone hitting the jackpot being too low, but very unlikely events occur. Either that or their lottery system is rigged.

Get your game girl
The second one however says "bet 0.01 ETH and win 70,000 ETH", this is misleading and a lie,
Definitely!
All adds along the same lines which come on the television are also followed by a sub-heading that is "Terms and Conditions Applied".Same should apply here.I believe these add banners are approved by theymos before integrating it in the forum's add space. If he is okay with it,you can't really do much.

Goodbye, Z.
What's the forums stance on ads clearly misleading users with wrong information about the advertised sites/products?
Currently, "Smart Billions" has 2 forum ads in rotation (https://bitcointalk.org/adrotate.php?adinfo),
one of which is correct and one of which isn't, they also contradict each other.

The first ad says "6000 ETH in jackpot", this is correct information and honest advertising.
Their jackpot amount indeed is 6230 ETH.

The second one however says "bet 0.01 ETH and win 70,000 ETH", this is misleading and a lie,
nobody can currenly win this amount with a 0.01 ETH bet, since the jackpot (which is the maximum possible win at the time) is only a bit over 6000.
Users are promised the chance to win 70,000 ETH, when clearly they only have the chance to win a bit over 6000.
This is intentionally misleading and an advertising lie.
