If you click the "show all" on the threads too often, there can you gen an cloudflare error.
Hmm, I know and faced sometimes in previous. But today when I have faced the problem I did not do that. Just clicking on Mete, Reputation, sometimes when I clicking someone profile, etc. But now it is working fine here.

I have not experience any down time consistently, I guess it's just on your side because if the forum is down, people in our group chat would also notice that. Just so you know, I have friends in bitcointalk where we have a group chat and they are online most of the time so it's easy to notice.

I'm online almost all the time but today haven't experienced any problems since the morning. Using Tor and other browsers but not a single glitch.

Too fast / overloaded (503)

Or maybe server overload because might be the reason is there are too many users trying to connect this forum at the same time.(Maybe because of the pandemic lockdown and everyone stayed at home). Or might Ddos attack.

There is no problem over here at my end forum seems to be working just fine.
Trying checking your internet connection, if it's connected but problem persists try rebooting the devices.
 It's not a general problem

With me, the forum works without any problems, and I check Cloudflare status page which say "No incidents reported today.". The problem seems to be only on your side, which used to happen before. You can try to restart your modem, clear DNS cache, and also browser cookies/cache.

Cloudflare has announced the maintenance for Apr 21, 21:00-22:00 UTC, so there may be minor problems that day.

Cloudflare is performing maintenance on Tuesday 21st April 2020 for a 60 minute window from 21:00 - 22:00 UTC (14:00 - 15:00 PDT). During this window, there will be a period of up to 5 minutes where operations could fail via the Cloudflare API and Dashboard while work is being carried out on the control plane and network infrastructure.

We will post an update once the maintenance is complete.

Didn't encountered such error while browsing earlier.  Possibly you tried opening lots of pages simultaneously?

I disconnected with my computer last 20 minutes so I don't know what happened. But there are some threads in the past about the "503 errors". Let's check them:
Too fast / overloaded (503)
Database Error and slow forum
Maybe the server is busy, or you loaded many pages in short period.

Or this reason? Did you use Tor when you got that problem?
I see nothing that would cause that on my end. The main possibility which comes to my mind is: Tor gets its DNS from a random semi-untrusted Tor exit node, and it gave you a Cloudflare IP for bitcointalk.org, but the wrong one, possibly as part of some attack (though this would seem to require a flaw on Cloudflare's end), or possibly due to some weird network conditions at the exit node. It could also just be a Cloudflare hiccup.
