The globally approved practice to select someone for a post,award is a process where there wil be a PROPOSER who proposes the name of a candidate and a SECONDER who Seconds it. Every member has two votes. There may be two moderators.All members can cast their two votes as they like, both the votes to a single candidate or one each to both the candidates. A contestant to be eligible needs one PROPOSER.I will caste my first vote to BENSON and second vote to Nilamdoc.. that is I propose BENSON and I second NILAMDOC
