Regarding the increase in rewards - I agree, it will increase with the level of the author.
This change is already being developed and will be implemented in the near future.

I wish you luck with your project, but at 5 sat/post, i don't think there'll be many takers... In order to make enough to cover the minimum fee in case somebody wants to spend their rewards: a 1 input 1 output tx needs about 1344 satoshi's at the moment, so the first 270 posts would go towards covering the fee to spend your earnings...
An average faucets pays a tenfold, and it takes far less time to make a faucet claim than to make a decent post... I'm not even talking about getting payed in a proprietary, online, wallet owned by somebody we don't know.

Don't get me wrong, you're free to do whatever you like... I'm just pointing out that with those rewards, don't expect this to be a big hit. People probably won't write loads of long, meaningfull posts to improve your SEO rating for just 5 sat/piece.
IF you want your forum filled with decent content to improve your SEO rating, hire a couple highly skilled people to write decent posts that answer real questions and pay them a reasonable wage (at least a couple bucks worth of BTC for each post they make). Just my 2 satosi's tough...
