Thank you for sharing! That kind of makes sense! But they'll need to do alot of hype for Phantom.org and exposure to generate volume so they can sell.
I hope that this topic can become the place to share those kind of experiences. so people may find and read them and conclude that the "fake shine, everyone happy with the project" is only the result of everyone getting banned or removed that has any kind of criticism or real question they do not want to give an answer too. That leaves just the blind followers who will not question anything.
Watch out for the mod Lee#1815 (discord) - "Lee" on there telegram. He's nr 1. at banning people. He did most of the banning back on Centra too as nickname "Pharaoh". He's a hot head.
btw I see you just joined, did you find this topic on google?
I was part of the ICO and have been following this company since the start. I smartly sold my CTR in 2017 around the time the cards shipped and then when the arrest happened in April I have been following their case extremely close as it is going to set a lot of US precedents for crypto. The fact that they not only broke their silence, but are about to launch a new company is insane to me especially if they are planning on fighting their case in court and not settling. The hill they want to die on seems to be the argument of that they created a working card and therefore all sins should be forgiven. In their press release where it is their own opportunity to create a one sided argument to the masses they fail to address their fake CEO/CFO, their lack of licenses to operate in US states, the lack of partnership with Visa/MC/Bancorp. Without those explanations they are guilty of fraud, and if they are guilty of fraud then this rebrand seems like a hail mary pass to try and unload their CTR for fiat.
