You can use The ViaBTC TX Accelerator to fasten your transaction but I was told that It's work fast at the top of the hour. I just hope urgent step is  taken to stop all this unnecessary delay of transaction.

Given his post history...

I have pushed  tx for him and now he don't send me 0.001 btc as he agree after tx confirmed and doesn't answer my pm.
How do you mean pushed?

What exactly did you do for him to get his tx confirmed?

I have accelerated his tx on ViaBtc

I would advise that you do not engage with this user. He is most likely trying to get you to pay for a "free" service... ie. The ViaBTC TX Accelerator...  which you can use yourself... for free.

Seems there are more and more people starting to offer "acceleration services" Undecided

viabtc accepts transaction who has a previous transaction/s unconfirmed but it will not be confirmed until the previous ones get confirmed first
No, it doesn't. Because they ignore those transactions and the accelerator says "Transaction does not exist" if you try and accelerate a transaction with an unconfirmed parent.

You have to go to the start of the chain and accelerate the first one... wait for the first one to get mined in a block... accelerate the next one in the chain... wait for that to get mined... accelerate the next one... etc etc etc...

Hello,
You can use viabtc on your transaction https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ . But the thing is viabtc doesn't accept transaction who has a previous transaction/s unconfirmed . You have to wait for them to confirm first, fortunately you can use viabtc to confirm those unconfirmed previous transaction/s .

Hello,
You can use viabtc on your transaction https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ . But the thing is viabtc doesn't accept transaction who has a previous transaction/s unconfirmed . You have to wait for them to confirm first, fortunately you can use viabtc to confirm those unconfirmed previous transaction/s .

So Enter these transactions in this order:
https://blockchain.info/tx/df0742c68b2c19ea9f1d967644bae6bfc158f4007de34c8e53a79b1b6ce0740c https://blockchain.info/tx/1711cdd6a93d4cf4321f520b52e5a466975693a445bdb87c40750e6931759fd3
https://blockchain.info/tx/fd5cfd938d8baf25fc8252986c38fbf4dd5d0d82ef015cfd3bbc14f734d42490

This transaction doesn't have any unconfirmed parent https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/58dd09a83204e092a38c172677759c0afe4365e6cb48be30ff0d91db5ef9bc89
so just enter it anytime .

I didn't see any dust in your transactions it's stucked because of low fees . Here is a good guide for that: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
For example one of your transaction is 15,669 bytes and based on the guide above "The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 360 satoshis/byte" so 360*15,669 resuting to 5651640 sats

Two our your transaction could get confirmed into 3 days https://www.blockonomics.co/#/search?q=19Sn4xNRzjCW1TAZCUH5eRoLeDeGtQRx59%201JViNQHShqisDanjNijjG7wmyCJH5BR5Hr

Other two have so low tx fee that they are not even showing in mempool. Very unlikely to get confirmed.

What you can try it take all the private keys of the input and then just import then to your new wallet instead of transferring. Later, when you want to spend, make sure you have more bitcoins with inputs for higher value (which can be merged with lower value input to save tx fee).

I understand but I'm still lost a bit.  What I understand now is that all those tiny deposits made by the faucets to my wallet added up to a crap load of transactions to make up the 0.4 of a coin and now all those transactions have to be computed to get my coin sent.  What I don't know is why is 0.015 fee still not enough? Does it take super long time to process this transaction?  Is it not worth the over $20 U.S value in fee to process?

Hello

Long story short. Spent the last three years going full maniac on the faucets and had almost all the Satoshi earned sent to my Bitcoin Core wallet. Couple days ago tried to empty the wallet which had a balance of 0.404. I just wanted to get it offline and on paper for safety.   Before this ordeal I had never heard of "Bitcoin Dust" or "blockchain spam."  I totally understand now why my transactions are in limbo. As you can see by the last transaction I tried to make I boosted up the fee to what at the time I thought was a ungodly amount of 0.015. When that one didn't go through is when my heart sank into my gut.  If anyone can help me I'll gladly fork over some crypto. Seeing three years of work stuck in limbo is killing my morale.
