when protests go beyond peaceful and start to become the riots then rioters should be viewed as criminals
some idiotic people think a protest needs to damage property or hurt people. that stupidity needs to be handled.
if someone wants to actually protest to get some positive change. there are many ways to do it without causing trouble for themselves or others.
the issue is most of the ones that end in trouble are organised by passive/aggressive types. not assertive types
