This is a very small amount for 15 posts... Besides getting a real domain for your forum, you should consider raising your stake or decreasing the number of Posts per register.

Looks like you should make a lot improvement, i means from a domain and interface on your forum too. Also create a forum features which can attract people to join on your forum.

Will the members be chosen randomly or just the first 10? and also you are very new here, so although its just 0.01, i think you should use an escrow (i suggest master-P) to hold the money untill it is time to payout

you dont have your own domain this is a free domain you are using mostly people dont trust a website with free domain and this kind of website which is on a subdomain of a free domain is hard to remember for user its better if you buy a top leavel domain insted of your this giveway then it will be batter
