What are the parameters you are passing to cgminer ?

I recently bought an old Asus HD6950 to add to my humble little mining operation of 3 x 7950 and 2 x 6970.
I cant seem to set an intensity of more than 13 without getting lots of HW errors.
The info
i am using Cgminer 3.7.2 with a standard command line (very Basic) (have also tried other versions same result)
OS: Windows 8 64 bit
RAM : 1 GB
CPU : AMD Semperon
Its the only GPU in the rig
Drivers : have tried 13-12 and 12-8
Non unlocked shaders
1GB Version
Tried to tweak TC no change
