Folks, this OP also posted this in the Discussion Forum and a few people pointed out that the OP should be making his work visible (source code) to ensure that he/she isn't actually posting a virus for you to DOWNLOAD.
So far he/she hasn't provided their work for inspection in the DISCUSSION area or this area. That says a lot. Smells like a hack attempt.
Be very careful with this.

Bitcoin Price Notifier alerts you to price changes once they moved +5% or -5%. You get a notification in the bottom right corner of your desktop. It's very lightweight, and just takes up a tray icon.
