Yes there are gambling sites that does offer free bets. Promotions, they are often running for various reasons. But they are not profitable and in fact no slot game is. The profit is only for the casino. I Doubt if there is any free bet. As far as I know, there is no free bet. even if there is a free bet it would be as a resut of bonus recieved from the initial deposit after sign-up. And in most cases after using that bonus you are not eligible to receive another bonuse from that account except you registered another account with that same casino, before you get another bonus.
