What's your address? It's possible other place you're using aren't doing validation on Bitcoin addresses.

What's recharging mean? Still a newb at this stuff.
A bitcoin account may loose its charge if it was used to often for receiving without sending. It upends the delicate balance within.
What you'll want to do is copy the wallet.dat containing that address onto a USB stick, then shake the USB stick vigorously for about 3 minutes. This will restore the appropriate balance by rearranging the electrons.
