I assume that this website mainly focus on Indian players but, I don't think people would like to reveal their identity using debit/ credit cards because gambling is illegal in India. You are right, newbies can find gambling sites that has a good reputation and can start gamble on the site but that's not all, newbies can also compare reputable gambling sites to choose the best gambling site in the list.
