I'm looking for a free charting site where you can set-up audio alerts when a (bittrex) coin gets over or under a certain price like on coinigy or tradingview.

yes you can get free charting tools like ninjatrader platform where the software is available free of cost but dont know about the data. you need to check it with their website or forum whether they provide any free data.I came to know that the KINETIC data provider serve the free data in to their software.I recommend you to go through their forum where you can get your needs or queries solved. Why i recommend ninjatrader is that they have good list of indicators which is available free of cost like audio alerts indicator and many more. And you can also visit investing.com which is similar to tradingview.com, have a look at once, hope you will like it.
