None dot has been sold yet, because this is just an example of what my idea looks like. Now you can choose any dot for free - it doesn't cost anything.

I think that if make each point on the map an analog of the erc-721 token, i can make a project like cryptokitties. But I think it will be quite an expensive project and will need quite a large amount for development and advertising.

Looks like not so many dots was sold. The idea sounds interesting - to use the blockchain to link ad spaces, sellers and buyers, but still not sure is there is good background for the project

How much traffic does your website has? If someone will purchase the dot space and place the link then it will be there for lifetime or for some period? And your token total supply is 6,372 BTE only?

There are no limits. Write me what you need to post and I will add any information, now this is your page This is how I see my project in the future - everyone can manage their own dot, which is a link to your own page as they please. If someone wants to buy your dot, the profit will be divided between you and me. This is how it should work in my understanding.

Nope. The map if fine. It fits on the screen, but, I'm not sure if it is the same when viewed on mobile though.

Which is why I asked if there are limits as to how big the ad that's allowed on that page.

You mean the map doesn't fit 100% on the screen? Yes, me too. I need to figure out the code and fix it. I'll try to do it, but I'm not sure I can.

Not sure if this would be an absurd suggestion but can't you make the map more like how google earth work? 3D rendering and all that.
Users click on the dot (an ad) and then they would be taken into a 3D view of that company's physical address or to whoever put that ad.

Yes, I've thought of that, too. Users don't like ads, but the best way to find information is to search for it on the Internet. This can be a specialized site on a specific topic, for example, with ads for exchanges or other crypto projects. Or just with ads for companies in my small town. Anything. Of course, the site must be optimized for SEO. A bunch of points is the face of the site, because each point is a separate account, a separate company, and a separate token. Inside the site should be a catalog, the content of these companies, which should attract users to the site who are looking for information on a particular topic (I have not yet come up with what).

Here's the thing, nobody would intentionally go to a website with a bunch of dots just to looks for ads. I mean, Ads are already everywhere.
You can see them on social media, videos you watch, games you play, heck even the old newspapers have them.
Also, most (if not all) crypto-enthusiasts and even regular netizens prefer not seeing any ads when browsing the internet.
With the lack of visitors on the website, monetizing it would be a nightmare; and if investors see that it would have a hard time making profits, I doubt anybody would want to jump in and support you on it.

Imagine that ad spaces are part of the blockchain. In the normal world, all the profit from the sale of advertising spaces is received by its owner, but if the ad space is part of the blockchain, the profit can also be received by the buyer of advertising.

The idea is to use the blockchain to link ad spaces, sellers and buyers and make the ad block a link in a chain where your ad space is your coin that can be bought and sold. Buying and selling ads is legal in any country, and one of the goals of the project is to make such a blockchain legally.

But how can such an advertising network attract the attention of ordinary people, whose daily life is already saturated with advertising?

No one has yet come up with a better way to search for information about a product or service than to find it on the Internet. You enter "buy a chair”, click" search”, see ads and get to the seller's website or product catalog. The seller of a chair pays the owner of an advertising space for the opportunity to place information about their store on it. As a result, all the profit from the sale of advertising spaces gets their owner.

In a blockchain-based advertising network, the profit from the sale of an ad space is divided between its owner and the buyer.

For example, a chair seller pays $1 to have their ad at the top of the list - this is how they find buyers for their chairs. The second seller is willing to pay $2 for this place. In this case, the profit is divided between the first seller of chairs and the owner of the advertising space.

All information about transactions is stored in the blockchain, so this is a fair b2b interaction.

Now, blockchain technology can change the advertising industry just as it is already changing other things that are familiar to us.

On the buytheearth.com I posted a map that consists of 6372 points. Each point is a link to someone’s project. Anyone can place their own ads. Also, each point is a single token that can be bought or sold on the Waves.Exchange.

I imagine this as an advertising Crypto Geo Network where every ad space will be tokenized. You buy an ad space at a fixed price and it is yours until someone else wants to buy it from you at the same or higher price.

After reselling an ad space, both the owner of the advertising network and each previous owner receive a profit.

The buytheearth.com is an example and description of an idea, but it is also a place where you can buy ads and get a .BTE token.

What do you think about such an idea and will you buy such ads on my site or if Google offers you such a scheme? Is it possible to develop such an idea on the blockchain and sell it to a large company? What blockchain  better for realization this idea?
