The service seems promising. But I'm not a expert to really verify the security claims.

1) You have javascript enabled, right?
2) Do you have recaptcha blocked? We use recaptcha. Type something in the "confirm password" field and wait for the captcha to load.

We're working on changing the CAPTCHA to https. Some browsers do not display it because it is insecure content.

You can make it a web app. You can use any QR scanning app to scan pay to URLs.

yea, but it's an app to use a website. blockchain.info has an app too (im using it!). pretty neat tool to scan QR's and stuff.
