As stated above 'There are 100 free slots for every hour. Just go to time.gov and wait for xx:00:00. And click the button right away. Be sure that you are paying the lowest fee possible. 10 satoshi/ byte'.
Either you wait for xx:00:00 to be able to submit your transaction and even then you might not be able to get it through because of the heavy amount of users trying to submit their transactions.

Hey OP, I was just wondering if Viabtc did change their policy to accept an infinite or at least indefinite amount of transacitons into the free accelerator now. Because at the moment I just submitted a transaction into their accelerator at the 55th minute and it said trasaction accelerated.

Seems like you can accelerate any tx now at any time, this will probably cause flooding however on the accelerator.

I have played with the site and there was never a charge that I noticed. There appeared to be the ability to upgrade, but I could not see the purpose in doing so. We only touched a couple TX's on the site. Is there a base number that can be done before needing to pay for the service. On Paid services, only serious people will use their services.

If you have any other transactions, i can accelerate them and also how much was the fee on the tx that had too low fee? If it is RBF, you could always resend the funds/double spend with higher fees.

I would not call it useless at all, i can easily accelerate transaction on the exact time that the hour changes so it is about you paying attention to the reset time rather than the limit being full al the time.
However, if example you have a 20 sat/byte transaction stuck, and there are 30000 unconfirmed tx's you will get it confirmed alot faster with the tool rather than waiting.
This is why i made this thread, to help the people of bitcointalk if they do not have time for example to accelerate their transactions.
