Despite the facts that this idea has some limitations i still finds it useful for non commercial personal use.

You have to use the license on the specified ip address, or domain. They will see the install is not on the right ip address and revoke the license.
I tested it for one of my domains.

The domain you entered points to 104.18.xx.xxx which does not appear to be part of the HostGator network. This can be caused by being on a dedicated IP, dedicated server or an IP HostGator have not yet added to the system. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact HostGator support along with your IP for assistance.

If these licenses are used on HG shared hosting account,will they still be revoked? Do they have to be used on the particular IP listed or just within HG IP range.If its just HG's IP range,one can easily buy a new shared account and use them there instead.
The issue once you use the licence outside hostgators ip range it will be disabled

Click on the button: Check eligibility
Press Sign up
Press continuous
Fill the things
And then you get an email with the code!
