He is obviously including the price in the shipping price,probably ordering it for 4-5 $ from china with a free shipping , and you pay 10$ shipping for that,and thats where he gets the profit.
This is the same scenario as giving an iphone for free and asking 500$ for the shipping.
Its not like he is giving anything for free here,it maybe sounds like he is doing you a favor but thats not the case.
If you need the watch just buy it,if you want a "free watch" its not your right place.

Sorry to say but 8.95 gbp = $10.91 the Watch is worth about $2 + $5 shipping ... $4 on every Watch so there is nothing "free" for me...

On ali express you will pay 20 usd for shipping via dhl if you purchase even a 1 usd Chinnese sticker/ or any stuff, so a 10 usd shipping for this watches is good deal.
