I updated the "legend" tab, now everything is in English.

2. Add a line after the headers.
3. Click on the filter as shown in the image.

4. Now you can filter the spreadsheet by any values.

Also, you could update the legend to include English also not only Russian as that would help many users.

The spreadsheet has a lot of useful information for making a decision about participation, for example, you can filter by budget or by manager or by rating.
