This service will really makes many people rich but my worries and concern is that i do not know if this will contradict the steemit terms and conditions, is it a legal thing to do?
I see this like someone trying to click on google adsense by himself but i shall love to join if my assumption is wrong.

Can you also have a way to ensure the group has quality content so we don't vote spam?
Users who have 0 voting power down the line OR only post spam will be deleted from the group after warnings.

Why not just create an email group for those of us who want to join but don't want to add a Telegram? I have a steemit account but I never saw it gain anything so left it alone for a while. Do you guys have any success upvoting each other?
