I`m looking for scripts to launch BTC buy/sell platform like for example Bitstamp.com
There are a couple of open-source exchange platforms you could possibly modify to suit your needs:

and

come to mind. I haven't really tried either but have only heard of the projects in passing. txbits is written in node.js it appears so I would wager it is the friendliest of the two.

No problem! I hope that was reasonably close to what you are looking for. The latter github link looks friendliest if you are just starting out, you could easily spin up a test server with a few crapcoin daemons to try it out.
If this is more than a learning experience then don't forget not to skimp on server security, having any kind of cryptocurrency on a server will make you a target by people who would like nothing better than to relieve you of your coins.
