Remember that something that sounds too good to be true, usually is.

There have been instances where pre-paid cards and vouchers have been sold by criminals engaged in black mailing and other criminal activities, and once you touch that card or voucher, your ip is logged, and if the case is big enough - you will have police at your door, and they confiscate equipment without asking you. This has happened. So stay safe, stay away. And if you chose to interact, do it with an ip that's not your own - and hide your tracks.

After some research it might seem like bestxchanger is legit, but be careful. Who gives money away online for free?
250 NOK what could that be, something like 42 usd, i think the risk that whoever uses the voucher will be on anyones top list of priority is very small. I have no ide how ucash works but i guess someone can just buy something digital behind a proxychain if there the least worried that there might be a small chance something is wrong with the vouchers origin.

Maby you have seen free fauctes giveaways, free coin giveaways for new altcoins, free money/btc to gamble on casinos, frerolls in poker(there used to be 10 000 USD freerolls in the past on the ipoker network for example) and so on, there is many people that gives away money/btc online, usually in small amounts thou.

There has been police cases where receivers of low value prepaid cards exchanged for virtual currencies have had their homes raided and all electronic equipment confiscated. I cannot give details, but don't be naive in cases like this.

Just to give a hint: There's been cases of blackmailing of online bookies, where the perpetrators have been given ucash as payment to stop ddos-attacks. These cards are closely watched by law enforcement, and once they're used, shit hits the fan. And it does not matter if you're innocent or not. You don't need to have much fantasy to imagine what kind of stress can be caused from this. Once the criminals have exchanged the ucash vouchers for bitcoin, they've successfully laundered their ucash vouchers, and made it hard to follow them.

Typically they will play on the greed of the buyer: You can have this ucash voucher worth 200 USD for 150 USD worth of BTC, are you interested?

I'm not making this up. So consider yourself warned.
Your probably correct but here someone was giving those vouchers away for free if i understood it correct. It woulden't make much sence if someone first obtained such vouchers illeagally to then give them away free.

But like you say it may be possible that in some countrys people could be treated like you mention without having done anything wrong, surely in those countrys the gov. in question should learn to do there checks better before storming into normal peoples homes, the end result of such illeagal actions by the gov should end up beeing a coslty affair for them.

man you should see a doctor for paranoia Smiley i suppose that not more than 2% of my client are involved in bad stuff and usually its shit like carding Smiley .i cant cashout nok voucher you want me to put it in a trash can?why man ?tell me just why i cant have a conversation with someone on bitcoin without the word "fraud" "crime" appear in the first sentence?im depressed bro .. Cheesy not really but im supposed to be

There has been individuals having police at their door confiscating all electronic equipment because they've bought ukash vouchers from an unknown source.

The reason the police have done this is because that spender of the ukash is the source the police has. If the recepient has done nothing wrong, they will eventually be cleared, but to great personall distress.

Anyone being naive in the world of bitcoin will sooner or later be the victim of scam/fraud. Always do due dilligence, and it's better to stay safe than to walk into problems.

It's understandable this may be frustrating for any business in the bitcoin ecosystem, but the only thing you can do is to do legit business, and build up a reputation over time.

It's not paranoid to proceed with caution, and esp. when there's something that sounds too good to be true.
