What are you expecting from a 9 years older site? OP has his last activity in this forum six years ago and last time he was active here, 5 years ago. Although you have shown some good effort in your reply.

What is in the mind of user darkphoenix2610. Why you bumped this ancient topic? Obviously you get a red warning message while replying. Cause this topic is so old and no recent discussion here. Your post history proves that you have done this kind of things before too. It may consider as offence.

I've been searching for some free bitcoin widgets to use on my desktop and could find any that were free. Due to security reasons, I dont trust opening up my PC to an app that could be used to compromise my wallet so I found a better solution.

This program allows you to take a snippet of a website and have it displayed on your desktop. Since its the real website - only smaller - you can have things like bitcoin monitor and bitcoincharts displayed and constantly being updated without taking up all your screen real-estate. Here's a screenshot of my desktop showing the activity of bitcoin monitor and bitcoin charts price for bitcoins.

Get the app here. If this helped you out, please feel free to send a small donation. I'm poor :-)
