Oh, he was banned on this forum also. But they banned him in the past for 2 weeks or something like that. Only after you are banned couple times they will ban you forever. So I guess his banish time is over now.
I got 20$ steam gift code in the past from BiPolarBob. His actions were really meaningful to me. I never get any gifts and it was really good day for me as I am avid gamer and games are big part of my world. I am so glad than someone want to continue BiPolarBob's legacy. I am sad that they banned him.

Glad I could do it. Besides, the entertainment BPB provides on Freenode IRC is worth more than $50 to me. The guy seems to get banned on a daily basis because the opers are so suspicious of his giveways.
