I think you should be a little be more patient. We are currently in the plain middle of the summer, when most people are on vacations. So you shouldn't expect the issue being solved within few days if they've said in their last update that "we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution". IMO we'll need to wait several more weeks, certainly till the beginning of september.

Maybe, but what makes me suspicions is the fact that the number of Premium Membership Level Days is frozen since few weeks. This is a clear sign to me that this premium feature is going to die in one or another way, or for what reason should this happen?
And what about the customers discussing here how long a deposit should take to be credited? I can not understand why someone would like to deposit something at FBC under this circumstances.

What you are asking me is clearly written in the text i quoted from Thequin, they get help for marketing and social media from a PR consultancy, but that is almost all of it, the both of them handled every other thing, and they got support from wetsuit's friend, if you read the text i quoted, you'll see that i am saying exactly what Thequin said. The both of them literally ran everything.

TheQuin was active when customers started having issues withdrawing their funds from the casino, but his responses or attempt to solve them were few and far between. The problem was never about anyone leaving the team, i don't know why TheQuin and wetsuit just stopped running the site in the reputable way they did for so many years.

A little off topic here but what's the reason of TheQuin getting out of the team? Any reason provided? I knew there is nee representative of freebico now. But it could be nee management/ownership of the platform? What i observed is when TheQuin become inactive/unresponsive the whole site becomes shitty, errors, bugs, etc. Or it might be the other way around?

We get some help from a PR consultancy for the marketing, social media etc. and a friend of wetsuit's who helps out with the HTML coding and page design. Other than that it's just the 2 of us.

TheQuin was active when customers started having issues withdrawing their funds from the casino, but his responses or attempt to solve them were few and far between. That's all in the past and probably won't happen again, and the casino's reputation is even starting to be doubted after a series of problems experienced by users over the past few months. A person who deposits his money should be aware of that concern, but however, the team of this casino promises to improve it over time. Just like other users advise, don't get your hopes up, but find another casino if you are never happy with freebitco.in again.

A shocker since they've seemingly weathered the storm up to the compromise incident and the sudden departure of TheQuin.

Not saying that I'm downright unhappy with FBC since I have other casinos to play at, just that I won't be taking advantage of their APR from now on.

No one really knows, this was his last message:
I'm really sorry this took so long. I didn't take it seriously at the time because it's an issue that I get complaints about all the time and there's never been an actual problem with it before. When there are 2 outputs to the same address in a transaction the script that checks each new block credits the first one and then there's a second script that runs to do the next one. Because that runs later people always assume it has been missed. It turns out that at the time this happened to you our node had crashed and wetsuit had to build a new one. In that process, the second script didn't get copied across to the new node.

Freebitco has an obvious problem. Juste claimed their free spin and got a warning message from Captcha. They are flagged because of violating Captcha ToS.

But don't hope too much. The site has more or less crumbled down. They have lost their decent reputation. Complaints have been piling up. Moreover, FreeBitco.in people have left this place already. I don't expect full recovery.

Anyway, you should be the least to expect a lot from them. After all, you've already accused them of being a scam years ago.

At least they have promised to work on it according to what was communicated rather than completely keep quiet. I would give them a benefit of doubt, though my trust towards them would drop so much until they completely redeemed themselves overtime.

This thread belong to gambling section, and if you really want an answer you should contact them directly by email.

Asking questions to their e-mail doesn't lead anywhere, because it's no secret that their customer support doesn't really exist - and even if it did, I already wrote that even 100 agents working 24 hours a day wouldn't be enough for them to answer to all requests.

People on this forum can't help you with that. I don't thing there are freebitco support users here.

Hoy should take a look at their ToS, maybe you are doing something wrong to claim those free spins.
I don't think it has a thing to do with op doing anything wrong or with the casinos terms of service. Freebitco has been having issues for some months now, issues with withdrawals, as many people were unable to withdraw their money, some of the issues were solved, but obviously not all of it and some new ones have surfaced.
I don't thing there are freebitco support users here.
They used to have reps here on the forum, but they are no longer active. @TheQuin was a rep of freebitco, but they have not been online for many months now.

The platform has been getting some bad reports in the past few months. Maybe it's best to just not expect much from it and move on, given that it's now a ghost of its former self. This could save you from future inconveniences and disappointment.
Otherwise, try getting in touch with their support as advised.
