I've been trying to contact someone over at Freebitco.in faucet to try and resolve an issue.  Tried all of their social media channels and have written @theQuin numerous times and can't get ahold of anyone.  Anybody have any other ideas?

I participated in their signature campaign a while ago (see link in my signature) - when I signed up with them their preferred email was gmail and there was an expectation that you provide a phone number as well as your gmail details.  You should be receiving regular emails from them which have details of how to contact them.

Have you tried clicking the "reply" button in any of your emails from them?

Be absolutely certain you want to wield the "scam accusation" hammer lest it fall on you.

Let me get this straight, From the time you had an issue with them back in December last year, they never bothered to reply to your messages or help you resolve the issue or is this a fresh problem that needs another form of support?

Nope, same problem from December, been trying everything I can and absolutely zero responses.

You might wanna create a scam accusation thread if you still don't get any response from the manager.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073

Read this topic first, gather your evidence and post them in the right format. That should ring some bells.

edit: that's if you are getting scammed of course. If there is some other issue, that's unnecessary.

You can try to contact their dedicated email address for support inquiries, which is [email protected]. It may yield better results than social media because social media is often only used for marketing, updates, and announcements of promotions.

Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for companies to respond to inquiries, especially if they're dealing with a high volume of support requests. While it can be frustrating, try to remain patient and continue reaching out periodically.

Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate it.

@OP have you received a reply from him, he was active 5 hours ago. Even he's already active, but the campaign isn't continued yet, I thought the campaign will resume after he online.

In a bit of bad news, their sigcam also seems to have stalled and the CM is missing out on the FBTC team. While I'm not sure they want to end doing business on this forum, something serious may have happened to them.
Yeah it doesn't looks good, but I think they will able to figure out their problems because they have a big names and they're very popular for OG or new users who interested with Bitcoin.

Is this concern the same concern that you brought up in December of last year? Or is this another one? The last time you asked about how to directly contact them, you mentioned about losing access to your account. And then you also posted about having login problems a month later. And now you're asking about another issue, is it about their faucet?

Have they not responded to you yet, even once? Do you have funds stuck in your account now? Have you ever made a deposit in your account? I'm sorry, but the impression is that you've got nuisance concerns that they treat them with least priority. I'm not saying Freebitco.in has a sterling record when it comes to customer support, but they probably put yours aside in favor of more urgent ones.

But continue to reach out to them through all avenues suggested by the others here.

I'm wondering what happened for them, I remember they used to respond to almost every post on their thread and now it's difficult to get help from them. I guess it happens when website grows into such hugh business and have so little staff behind.
I am equally surprised.

TheQuin was last active not so long ago (March 20, 2024, 04:15:30 AM) but no response to this long-standing issue. His last post however was on January 27, 2024. Back in the day, he was so active and would respond to any issues that came up promptly.

The PR account has previously given replies which weren’t just generic advertising so there exists a possibility that they might have some direct communication with their staff.
I wasn't aware about that, I remember TheQuin said that people shouldn't contact PR account for support, but can't find post to quote him. But there is no harm to write to PR account and wetsuit too. Though, he was last active here in November...

Strangely, they have been operational for so long, enjoy a good reputation in the crypto community, and yet have very poor support. it has been proven many times.

Bad and annoying situations like that happen, even though you have contacted Freebitco.in support from various ways, of course they are here to contact, maybe you can try again as suggested by: @TryNinja.

AFAIK, TheQuin works for Freebitco.in

Try sending him a PM or posting on their thread.

Or you can try other alternatives.
For example:
* How do I contact FreeBitco.in?
* freebitco.in
Customer Service: Phone, Email, Contacts

Maybe these two pieces of information can help you in resolving your problem with Freebitco.in, good luck and hope the problem can be resolved.

That's how I can help you.

I find this account presented as their official PR freebitco.in PR
This account isn't operated by Freebitco.in staff, it is used by PR agency that they hired. Pointless to write to this aacount.

The PR account has previously given replies which weren’t just generic advertising so there exists a possibility that they might have some direct communication with their staff.

Our mission is to support the growth of the token. The transaction you are referring to is tokens added to Uniswap to support liquidity over there for further growth of the token.

There is also a user who claims to have received a reply from wetsuit, the owner of the website. It wouldn’t hurt to write a message to all three of the accounts associated with FreeBitco.in to see if any one of them replies.

My Golden Tickets, got/bought until the end of latest 3-4-5 Bonanza, are no more visible in my account - just use the backup like you did in 10jul22 with FUN Tokens.
I have also sent messages to Support through the TheQuin, snail mail and email.
No panic.
Adenda 1:
wetsuit has just alerted me by PM that I have indicated with error the date of latest 3-4-5 Bonanza. Public thanks.
- Context:

Four months ago, I had sent a message to TheQuin with Bcc to wetsuit and who messaged me back was wetsuit.
My suggestion:
Don't be too quick in the interpretation.

I didn't know about this.
Of course, a responsible PR agency may pay attention to the complaints and pass them on to the owners. I would say that it makes sense to try all known channels to contact them.

OP, don't want to disappoint you, but issues with Freebitco.in support is getting common and there is no lifehack how to get answer from them. Only known options is their email address and TheQuin on Bitcointalk and then wait for answer. I only wish you patience.

As far as I know, they don't have the most up-to-date support, but people somehow solved their issues with them.
I don't know what the nature of your problem is but you can check their thread here and ask for assistance https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.28360
