To me it happened as well: I didnt receive any daily free WOFs since September. I contacted the support but nothing happened.

Is there anybody who got it fixed by now and/or got the missing WOFs ingame?

We are all in the same boat. This issue is global and affect every user of Freebitco.in. And it's happening from August, not September as I remember. AFAIK, nobody didn'tgot it fixed. Freebitco.in is feeding us with promises time from time that it will get fixed, but I don't believe in them

I have already written several messages directly via the website but have not received a response to date. I have over 6000FUN tokens locked - I last got the WOF spins on September 30th, 2024... I have been missing the rewards for over a month, can someone help me?
I'm sorry, nobody here can help you with this and you are not even the only person with this problem, Freebitco representatives are no longer active in the forum. If you read through this topic and other similar ones created about issues with this casino, you will understand that it is no longer run as it used to be, and it is better you leave the casino.

No, it's not goodwill, it's obligation. When people bough FUN token, they were informed about benefits of Freebitco.in premium membership, one of it is certtain amount of free WOF spins. This information is still displayed on their website. So, it's not goodwill, they're just not giving what was promised.
Thank you for clarifying that, i was never an active player on their platform, so i don't know how their promotions work. However, looking at the number of users who have been complaining about these spins, it is obvious that it couldn't have been a promotion that required no obligation from customers. From what you have said, i believe players are right to complain as the promise they had with the service was broken.

Let's ignore for a moment all the problems that freebitco.in has. But here the user complains that they do not have the possibility of FREE spins. We are talking about promotion and free giving of certain resources. It is still free from the casino and is a matter of goodwill, but somehow it turned into their obligation.

Same thing applies to free spins that is give through email. It's not completely free, to receive it you have to subscribe their newsletter. Well, at least they're giving these free spins...

My advice is that if your FUN Token is not in lock condition, it is better to sell it and withdraw your funds from there because an issue that has not been resolved for a long time is a warning, you may feel a loss selling it because the price is getting cheaper but it will be better because Wof has also hasn't been profitable since freebitcoin adjusted its base rewards a few years ago. Only trust your funds again when they have fixed all the issues.

There is no way anybody here can help you, their representatives are also not active in the forum anymore. I have said this in other topics about this issue, i think it is best that people stop using the platform, i don't think they will ever return the platform to its former glory, so better you find another casino.

I already forgot when it was last time when I got my spins from premium membership. I already said that all these issues doesn't looks good. They're getting trust credit because being in business with good reputation for so long, but patience isn't endless. Don't want to draw conclusions yet, but usually after so many issues and ignore from their staff, such stories doesn't ends well.

Contact them and wait. That's all you can do. Somebody from the freebitco.in team drops by their ANN thread once in a while. They don't necessarily bring good news, but at least they seem to be taking note of their users' complaints.

At this time, unfortunately, the same concern is piling up no end. That's aside from other concerns like withdrawal, log in, and so on. Moreover, as far as your missed WOF spins are concerned, don't hope that they only accumulate but will all be credited to you eventually. It may not happen. Other users' free spins have resumed but they weren't credited with the spins that they missed.

It's the same thing for all members unfortunately, but thankfully they are fully aware of the issue and they will fix it in the coming days from what they said("ASAP"). We are currently in the plain middle of the summer season, many people are on vacation, so I'm not surprised if fixing this kind of issue could take a little bit time. Don't hesitate to follow the ANN from the link posted above, they are regularly posting updates there.

Please note the issues with the WoF spins (mentioned in my previous post)  are still ongoing.
We are aware of the issues and although we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution, our team is still working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.

There has been an increased volume of customer contact which may impact response times, saying this we have worked hard to ensure every email regarding this matter has been responded to.

Please note any updates will be posted on the forum.

I understand this is frustrating for many and hope to have a resolution very soon.

Hello everyone! I have a premium account in freebitco.in and I am suppose to be receiving free 7 WOF spins per day automatically. But it has been four days and my free WOF spins haven’t been credited on my account. I’ve messaged the support, but still, they don’t have any response regarding this issue. What should I do?
