Hey, everybody. A few hours ago, I got the following message in the mail. And just 20 minutes ago, I received a deposit to the site itself.



I put funds for withdrawal - they came in 8 чacoв пpимepнo. The situation is solved, no more complaints.

and they closed my account i think i get login credits wrong error message. recovery emails are not sent

It's really unfortunate that their customer support is not being responsive. I just checked their X account now and you’re right, there are replies to posts from users with the same issue you're facing, but there isn’t even a single reply from the platform itself.

The last deposit I made to them was two years ago, but back then, it was still okay to make deposits. I still open the platform now to claim some sats, probably because I don't have any pending issues with them. It's just disappointing because my earnings have decreased since the WOFs were removed, which was one of the benefits of premium membership.

I remember I contacted their support at [email protected] when I disabled the 2FA on my account because I lost my phone, and they were able to help me with my request.

IMO, it shouldn't be that long, especially as they require only 1 confirmation. Just to be sure we cover everything, did you include your TXID and informing them the numbers of confirmation and the length of the time that passed since the deposit without the account being credited in that form you submitted?
Yes I'm pointing out everything I can, I've sent more than one message. No results....

I have to admit that it's been ages since I accessed my freebitco account [that I even have to reset my password since none of my usual works, LOL] and I am clueless about what to do with situation like this, but have you perhaps tried what this user do?

For a week until now, my deposit is not credited automatically.
I always fill out the contact form on FAQ menu to request a deposit check and the deposit will be credited after 24 hours.
This is very strange

I deliberately try to login [after ages] to see where that "complaint form" is. It should be on their "FAQ" section, scroll down a bit to "how can I contact you?" section
I write them several messages a day. I don't know if it makes sense, but for 2 days already my balance is 0.


IMO, it shouldn't be that long, especially as they require only 1 confirmation. Just to be sure we cover everything, did you include your TXID and informing them the numbers of confirmation and the length of the time that passed since the deposit without the account being credited in that form you submitted?

Umm... I think it'll be helpful if you provide us the TXID? Granted one of your screenshot shows the details of transaction with 1 utxo confirmation, which I'll assume later become 219 as per your other screenshot,




But perhaps TXID will help us understand more context here?

This picture doesn't prove anything. It's just a picture of numbers. I too can find any hash on the internet and take a snapshot of the number of confirmations.

3. Go to their thread on this forum or on X - there are dozens of posts about users having 0 deposits, but the blockchain shows the funds.

Good afternoon everyone! Yesterday I sent a deposit of 0.002794 BTC, but at the moment my wallet on FreeBitcoin site is empty. The transaction was successfully confirmed in the blockchain and the funds were credited to the account. However, the balance on the FreeBitcoin site remains zero.

I ask everyone who has faced a similar problem to unite and try to attract the attention of the FreeBitcoin administration. We need to take all possible measures to be heard and help solve this problem.

Technical support does not answer, there is no administration on the forum, then who to write to? I have a dilemma in my head ...
