If it's on YouTube, you can probably report it even if it's a video or a comment although I don't see it being resolved easily by YouTube since they have a pretty stupid moderation system where they are removing the wrong contents.
You have to understand the concept of demand vs supply ratio here.
There are people who want to get-rich-quick and want to learn how to cheat a casino and get rich (There are scammers who use tricks to fool these people into falling into a trap by promising them huge returns by their method of cheating the casino (
So not just freebitco.in, but if you look up primedice, stake, roobet etc any other well known casino or bitcoin paying site and how to easily "hack" them, you will find a large number of results which are nothing but scams. This has been happening for ages now. You are seeing this in bitcoin, you can easily find them with fiat based casinos as well. Which means that scammers only change the names but the methods remain same.
What you can do is just report them to youtube for taking down. Nothing more can be done from your side, aside from making others aware too. No use commenting on such videos too because the owners usually run a large number of eyewash fake comments to flush your comment down below or shut down commenting completely.

Hi, for a long period I've been seeing a lot of videos on YouTube of people selling FAKE scripts that promise you will earn a lot of bitcoins in 1 day (ridicolous).
I also know that there's so many people falling at this trouble, also friends of mine.
Is there a way we can report them? Like FBI or police, I don't know...

If anyone actually gets scammed by one of these things they deserve to. It's pure greed and it shows that they are comfortable with scamming the site essentially(since they think that the software is legit) and pocketing the money as their own.
Any kind of script or method you see on youtube that promises you guaranteed returns, are fake. Period.
These scripts will only withdraw your coins, scam you out of your "subscription fee" or a combination of both. Or it could be a virus that will infect your entire computer. None of these scripts are real, otherwise why would the creator of the script even sell it to the public? And why isn't freebitco.in doing something about it?
No, there's not. If you can comment, let a negative feedback, but otherwise there's no way to report those videos to authorities as far as they don't violate the law (no porn, violence or things that would be illegal to broadcast).
These YouTube are like scammers here on this forum, never banned. Each one has to think before buying any script, and ask this simple question : why the seller needs to sell you a script if his method gives him already a lot of money?
