Hi all, happy NY!
it looks like they've started processing OUTgoing transactions again since 31th of December
Then this should be a good news and foe those who have been facing the transaction issue can use this opportunity to withdraw their Tokens and others from Freebitco.in and stay safe. When I was reading the comments in this thread, a user was having the confidence that they will pay but he does not know when and you have just brought the good News to them. And if really the transaction process is on going then the request will be much that will make the site slow or face some traffic on the withdrawal. It was said that the transaction was only ingoing but now it is outgoing. And if Freebitco.in want to rebuild their business, they should make the outgoing transaction process bet smooth without delays then with time things might bounced back.

I personally discourage you from withdrawing FUN tokens right now.
I would wait people from this thread to confirm that they've actually received their tokens.
---
For now withdrawal process looks very slow and shady. They've stopped outgoing transactions for 2 days again and resumed today,
only 3 processed with low amounts (1k, 12k and 7k) and at different time (3h / 7h delays).
I've checked their transactions of few weeks ago and I can see multiple txs sent to different wallets with different amounts at same time.
So they have for sure a manual or automated system that allows sending multiple funds programmatically.
---
Now the question is WHEN will they resume it.
The good news are that they've topped up the giveaway wallet by 25M tokens 8 days ago (around 120,000$)
so hopefully they'll start processing all of the requests soon.
---
Here you can monitor their funding wallet FUN tokens amount:

IF the transactions have started processing, than it's good news indeed. Maybe the WoF daily email will start coming again, as well as out "free" spins based on FUN tokens.
I ain't holding my breath for this, but hoping it goes back to "normal"

I have written about this in their main thread. The last time a FUN withdrawal was processed was approximately 10 days ago. This is their Ethereum wallet where withdrawals come from if you want to monitor it https://etherscan.io/token/0x419d0d8bdd9af5e606ae2232ed285aff190e711b?a=0x12d4017f232ebb4327e8e0082ed4337084bf2e84

There has only been incoming transactions but no outgoing transfers since last week. The funding wallet still has 3.3 Billion tokens, so I don’t believe this is about being insolvent. They might have experienced a technical issue that they have not bothered to fix. They could also be exit scamming or collapsing due to various reasons as some people are saying. All we know for sure is that it is no longer safe to withdraw FUN tokens and it is better to convert them to BTC, even if you to deal with their horrible exchange rate.

You've been lucky with your BTC withdrawal but for some other customers like me it always takes several days for my withdraw requests to be confirmed but they're maybe larger than the one you've made. Anyway it's certainly the same for FUN tokens you will have to wait several days before receiving them. Keep us updated please.

Maybe by the time they made their withdrawal there's enough funds to cater up their request and successfully withdraw their funds immediately. While you their balance drain and it takes several days to fill their wallets that's why this issue occur.

By looking also in this situation it made me think that maybe they are working for those withdrawal request manually that's why there's an issue like this happening. I didn't play in Freebitco.in for for a couple of months and I think I don't plan to go back here since reading negative things happened plus there's no support that will pay attention if people will encounter an issue is disturbing factor for me.
With all the issues the site is currently facing, i guess or believe it's not out of place to assume or say that they currently are also going through liquidity crises, this is the only reason why they wont be able to process withdrawals right on time, but have to wait a couple of days for their wallet to be filled up so they can send those withdrawing; their funds.

You are possibly right after all, most especially with the part where you said they are handling the withdrawal requests manually, this is correct as I don't expect that they will automate withdrawals with all the issues they currently have, it will be dangerous for them since large holders can drain their wallets even in an hour or less.

If you had done a little research on this as it has been a long time this project made waves, you would have been updated on what to know and do immediately. Had it been that you knew this platform early enough to have asked question about the fun token, these response would have helped you out to really know how to go about your withdrawal just like a member explained how and what they did to withdraw their token. It is unfortunate that your asset is gone and worst of it all is that there is no active support to hear you out even their rep here has not been online for quite a long time which is over a year now coupled with the tags on his profile. You just have to be watching out if they would reply your message in the future till then, nothing can be done now. This is a lesson to be learnt to always do research before you do anything of this nature when it happens that the project has been on a low key for a long time.

Hi everyone, I withdrew my 330k FUN tokens from freebitco.in yesterday. I had kept them on the site for three years, but last months WOF stopped coming and I decided to withdraw them. The site says withdrawal in about 1 hour, but it's been 24 hours and there is no withdrawal transaction. I wrote to support, no answer from them. Can someone help me to contact them? I read the forum, many people faced this problem, but I did not understand whether their problems were solved or not.

I sold my FUN for BTC on freebitco.in and withdrew the BTC. It works, you just wait about 6 hours for BTC to process.
Also, since i bought FUN early like you did, years ago, made a nice little profit from it Cheesy
I can't change my FUN to BTC anymore as they are gone after withdrawal. This is more of a tip for those who will face such a problem in the future. WITHDRAW MONEY ONLY IN BTC

their email upport will not answer anything to you, because that's what I experienced even when they didn't have any problems like now.

Their withdrawals are indeed problematic, and 1 hour or 24hours just an estimate after all these issues have come up in recent times it can even be more, I understand you must be worried but it seems like they will definitely pay but don't know when it will reach your wallet, and you can only wait because there is no representative here who will help or answer you

Last October of this year, I read that some people were experiencing issues withdrawing their sats. I decided to try withdrawing my balance and it was successful. From what I understood at the time, only accounts without 2FA enabled were having problems withdrawing. I'm not sure about the situation now.

As for FUNtoken, I haven’t attempted to withdraw it yet. I’m also not sure if I profited from buying and holding it or just incurred losses. Well I only did it for their premium membership anyway. My tokens are locked so I’ll only be able to access them next year. But maybe I’ll just sell them for BTC on their platform especially if withdrawal issues with FUN persist.

So many people are complaining about Freebitco.in recently. I don't know what's going on. Freebitco.in used to be a legit website. They have their own forum thread, did you make a post there? Why do you want to withdraw tokens? What's their actual value? I was an active freebitco.in user several years ago and I'm not aware that they have issued their own tokens. Customer support not responding seems like a big red flag for me and maybe this platform is about to shut down, after being one of the oldest and most legit BTC faucets and hi-lo/crash game websites.

The OP which is wetsuit. Click on his trust and see how negative the recent trusts are. It will be better to do away with freebitco.in. The site was good before but has gone to something else. There are many of you with complaints.

Shiit.

And they are all recent tags. Lots of stuff happened lately it seems and I missed a lot. I guess the time has arrived. They are going full Gox now.

Sad to see once a well managed business going down like that.

TheQuin is silent, Wetsuit is silent.

It is over.

When did this happen? I mean your btc withdrawal on the platform? Is the selling of FUN to BTC is instant? Or need to wait too, is this something like trading? I guess OP should should try and follow this to prevent future problems there. Not unless OP really wants to get FUN instead of BTC.

Yesterday during the day. FUN to BTC selloff was instant, except you need to do in 30kFUN batches, but other than that, no problem.
After that i did a BTC withdrawal request, which took about 6 hours to process, and it did in the end

...but I did not understand whether their problems were solved or not.

If it was, your problem would have been solved but it is not solved yet. And if the live chat support is not responding to your complains then apply another methods. You can email them if you can get their email from the site or if the representative is active here but I doubt or their social media channels if they are active active there. Freebitco.in fun token has been a problem to many investors and there are many  complains in the announcement and no reply grom the company.
And I don't think they are ready to resolve the problem in the site. They don't even care about their reputation anymore. But some people said they successfully withdraw their fun token after some attempts. So you can still try again.

Site has been a shitshow for the last year and people should research before investing in something. Maybe you did, maybe you didn't but however you came to the decision to invest some money, you need to start doing better or more research before your next investment.

Probably, he did his research. As he said, he has been using their website for the last three years. I would say their service was pretty good three years ago. We have been seeing complaints against them for a year, maybe. However, they were one of the oldest online platforms, and people relied on their service because of that. I do not use their service anymore, so I am not sure exactly when the problem started.

We saw more complaints a few weeks ago but those were solved. Given that they were trying to solve all the issues, I hope this user will eventually get his funds if he can get attention of Freebitco.in's support.

Don't expect to get help from this forum, because FreeBitco team has been inactive on this forum for long time now, and also many users have already gotten fed up with them and abandoned the site because of recent negative activities from the site; over the last few months to year, it has been a rough one for their customers who are trying to get the team's attention just like in your case.

What you can do right now is keep on sending support reminders and avoid creating new support tickets each time, but rather you should follow up with the already submitted tickets; that way you avoid getting the tickets mixed up, and the case takes longer to resolve if they are ever going to resolve the case at all.

so far I am not ready to say 100% that freebitco.in are scammers. Yesterday I submitted two withdrawal requests, one in BTC and one in FUN. BTC was withdrawn in about an hour and they sent a letter with the transaction to my mail. And FUN just disappeared.
If the BTC was not withdrawn either, it would be a hundred percent that they are scammers

If my memory serves me right, a few days ago I read someone on their thread saying that they had withdrawn their money in Bitcoin and that they had received it within a few hours. But as I read more pages of their thread, I didn't see anyone saying that they had managed to withdraw their money in FUN token. It seems to me that they are not paying in FUN and since this site has been going through a lot of problems, their thread is no longer as active as it was in the past and even on the internet I have hardly seen comments from people talking about this site. So it will be very difficult to know if there are more cases of people who are not able to withdraw their money in FUN or if this case is isolated to you.

I've emailed the support team at this address, no response yet. They still haven't responded to me on a ticket from three months ago about a missing WOF.

So what does that tell you? Likely you're not going to get a response and your money is gone. Site has been a shitshow for the last year and people should research before investing in something. Maybe you did, maybe you didn't but however you came to the decision to invest some money, you need to start doing better or more research before your next investment.

Their rep here has been inactive for a year also, so you won't get help there. Might look into filing a lawsuit if you had a lot invested.
Considering the time op bought the tokens, which as I understand it is 3 years ago, as of then, freebitco was very healthy and none believed that the platform will ever turn into that shit show that it has turned into today, the site was find all through last year, the whole issue began at the first quarter of this year (2024) and since then, it's been from one problem to another, customer support is zero, they don't respond no matter how hard you try or whatever means you use, they never will respond, and this gives the impression that no one is in there.

The only option op has is to stay hopeful and wait, some users who had similar delays with withdrawals from freebitco waited and after 24 hours (for some) 48 hours (for others), they got their withdrawal request processed successfully.
So, op should not give up yet but simply be patient, lucky enough, he will recieve his tokens to his provided wallet in due time.

They are not but kinda going in that state. So I guess the only thing you could do in this case is to continue follow up your case and submit another mail or you post also on their official thread so that maybe if there's someone working on their side may notice your situation then work with your case. Although the chance is so slim to get notice by doing this thing at least you are doing something to notify then that you have an existing issue and you also want to get your Fun tokens.

Freebitco.in has been compromise and many people have an issue with this casino. So better for other people didn't experience any trouble yet that to find another good alternatives since we have so many good casinos in this forum.

@wetsuit has been inactive for over a year now. I clicked on his trust and saw that he has a lot of negative trust. Also, their campaign has been shut down so the problem the OP is having may not be resolved. When their platform was active, everything should have been withdrawn from the platform. However, now that the OP is no longer getting any solution, he will probably have to give up hope of getting 330k Fun tokens.

Most of these site owners do not understand the forum trusting system and people tends to keep giving them, and even though their are thousands of trusts on their profile they don't care because they don't understand how the trusting system works, especially when they have nothing to lose about their profile.
To me the appropriate place to reach them is through their live support, I believe they would reply him and know why such transaction has been delayed for some moments now without confirmations.

The site says withdrawal in about 1 hour, but it's been 24 hours and there is no withdrawal transaction. I wrote to support, no answer from them. Can someone help me to contact them? I read the forum, many people faced this problem, but I did not understand whether their problems were solved or not.

You can try to reach out to their support @[email protected] and see if they respond. There have been a few complaints the last few months about the site and seems they handled some of them so someone is active on the site.

wetsuit the owner hasn't been active since Nov 2023 so messaging him will not do any good. Only option is try support IMO.

I've emailed the support team at this address, no response yet. They still haven't responded to me on a ticket from three months ago about a missing WOF.

This is their announcement thread on this forum https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/freebitcoin-200-freebtcwin-lambo02btc-dailyjackpot32500-wager-contest-319540

The OP which is wetsuit. Click on his trust and see how negative the recent trusts are. It will be better to do away with freebitco.in. The site was good before but has gone to something else. There are many of you with complaints.
