but not all newcomers are aware of it, and it is always good to help, and educate welcominly.IF they do not pay it is sad, and a shame to the Bitcoin Community, because faucets ARE the first Bitcoin experience of many new users, and being a victim of a scam right at the beginning is not very "stimulating". Bitcoin Community members MUST ALWAYS respect each other, lest Bitcoin will not go very far (or are we planning to depend on governments to impose this needed respect by use of their so called "regulations"?)
