Interesting, I haven't seen such issue with Freebitco.in before, if I haven't missed anything, nobody haven't reported it. Seems that it's something wrong with your internet provider. As I understand, you tried to change DNS to these give by Google, but it didn't helped. Have tried to go with other DNS like Cloudflare or 1.1.1.1?
Accessing website through VPN itself isn't something wrong, but yeah, if you're claiming their free BTC, it's not best idea. I would suggest to contact their support, but they're not very responsive nowadays and I see that you already tried.
And one random idea, maybe it won't help, but no harm to try. Try to connect other router if you have or borrow it. Not sure how likely it can be, but maybe it's something related with router.

Anyway, i just inspect network connection when opening freebitco.in and found out it access some CSS and JS file from 3rd party website. It's possible your ISP block one of them.

Yeah this is what I concluded, that my ISP blocks whatever server their CSS is stored.  I'm just accessing it on my phone but I don't really use my phone like I do my pc.  And yeah, I wont use a VPN on this site.

And as far as it not being my money cause it's not in my wallet:  I get it, all of my freebtc money were coins I basically got for free anyway and is intended for fun online gambling money when I'm bored.  For a while I was sitting pretty high and then gambled away a bunch of it.  I don't mind, because I never gamble otherwise, so it's kind of my way to bifurcate my vice and not feel bad when I go overboard.  I never had that money in the first place--so if FreeBTC ends up pulling everyone's money I would only be just as angry at myself, if not less.

Apologies for posting in the generic BTC forum, I should've looked more carefully to see if there was more specific threads for this.  Thanks for the help.

Have you tried VPN while connected to your wifi? It could be workaround for your problem. Anyway, i just inspect network connection when opening freebitco.in and found out it access some CSS and JS file from 3rd party website. It's possible your ISP block one of them.

As for the specific site, it may not be wise to try to log in with a VPN, because any change of IP address usually activates a security check (verification via e-mail), although it may also result in account blocking if someone on the other side suspects that the OP has more than one account.

Okay, so I tried logging in using my work computer which is on my same network, same issue.  Tried on my phone, but turned off my wifi and sure enough it worked--turned on wifi and the page broke.  This makes absolutely ZERO sense to me.

@ABCbits is then very likely right, your internet service provider is blocking something from that page for some reason and preventing it from loading properly, and one of the possible solutions would be to contact them and explain your problem. Maybe they (the ISP) have changed something in your modem (this can be done remotely), and if your modem has a firewall option, it is possible that this is the reason you have problems loading that page.

Edit: Changed my gateway to googles, no dice.

Edit: accessing freebitco.in while using VPN may lead to account ban. So try use VPN on device or browser where you're not logged in to your freebitco.in account only to see whether everything is loaded properly.

But since OP mention free spin (which usually offered by casino), gambling board is probably better option.

I'm pretty sure that the OP is referring to the freebitco site that offers free spins via e-mail once every 24 hours, and since I've been a member of that site for about 10 years, I can only say that everything works normally for me. Given that the OP has tried different browsers, it is hard to say what is causing the page to not display correctly, but since others are not reporting such a problem, it must be something specific to his computer/internet.

Correct!

You can ask in the thread dedicated to their website.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/freebitcoin-200-freebtcwin-lambo02btc-dailyjackpot32500-wager-contest-320959

To answer your question, I don’t know what CSS issues you are facing but I receive their emails fine. It could be the email provider or the client you are using which isn’t rendering them properly.

If you also have issues on their website it could be a problem with your operating system.

First of all, please show website or application of that "FreeBTC" you use. I did quick search, but there are few website with domain or title which contain "FreeBTC".

"Tokens" belong on the altcoin boards, and "FreeBTC" sounds like a website. That doesn't have anything to do with Bitcoin Technical Support, but it could be a lesson. As they say: "not your keys, not your coins". You should move (bottom-left) this topic to a more fitting board. Maybe Service Discussion can work.

I have no idea where else to post this.  I've been using FreeBTC for years.  Recently, in the last 4 months or so, the main website and the free spin e-mail links have had broken CSS.  I've tried accessing the links on multiple browsers, and it doesn't work on all of them.  I expected other people to be experiencing this issue, but I can't find any other people concerned about it.  I sent a tech support e-mail but never got a response.  I know my account still works, because I can still roll the spins I have for holding their token coins, and in the broken CSS I can still see my wallet value.
