Yes. See my sig. or this:
Free Bitcon Sites ( newbie version )
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/free-bitcoin-sites-90718

There are many that don't require an email address or other personal information.

/edit
Also be aware that many of these sites delay their payouts for 24hrs or so, to send many at once to save on transaction fees.

Avoid survey sites and the like no matter how tempting it might seem, they're pretty much designed to data farm email addresses, I know that because it's a start up Bitcoin does have some legitimate sites to get Bitcoins but some of them have me suspicious all the same, once they get your information they'll sell it off to spammers or do whatever else they like with it.

Yeah I always use fake data when I fill them in

I wouldn't call it a scam, they've payed me a few times. Online surveys are notorious for not paying out, if the survey doesn't send them the signal telling them its complete then they don't get payed and they won't pay you. The survey might have decided it doesn't like your IP address, your phone number or something.

They do not pay out for the surveys unless you jump through hoops and contact their support services, even though they state that payouts will usually occur in 5 to 30 minutes. I have completed 3 (Publishers Clearing House, Receive a Joke, Coupon Savings) of their offers and for 2 it took me days and support to get paid. On the 3rd one I didn't even bother. The one for Fast Free Savings said all I had to do was enter my zip code, so I clicked on it and entered my zip. It then directs you to a warning page that if you proceed any further without the intent to get a loan that it would be considered fraud. And even though you enter your zip it does not pay you. FreeDigitalMoney can not be trusted and is not worth your time and effort.
