Ignore him; he just wants a pat on the back for his "high-IQ".  Also avoid self-moderated threads unless you trust the thread starter.

Yeah, It's like self-moderated thread about radical feminism in off-topic. It was a great mistake for me to write there. Only ignoring OP resolved my butthurt. Gotta admit, her trolling was most successfuldue to post deletion. Never participate in a self-modded thread and promote this thought to others around you.

Oh, that one.  Yeah I've had my replies deleted before as well; it's really upsetting when your posts don't deserve to removed but they are anyway.  It seems to be a trend with people who can't handle criticism of their theories, which is strange, as what's the point in making theories public if you're not seeking to learn anything from it?  It's a huge waste of time for the thread starter and the people replying.

Your mistake was to debate anonymint in one of his own threads.  I made the exact same mistake earlier.  The guy will only debate people who he can outsmart so take his deleting your posts as a sincere compliment.

There is no freedom of speech right in a private forum owned, controlled and moderated by private individuals. The Freedom of Speech protection you speak of is to limit government.

I agree they should be, but they are not always so.

I was quite up for a sensible chat to be honest, and i posed nothing but valid questions….Considering that I thought the site was full of "free thinkers" i was kind of shocked to have my opinion remove because it didn't fit the status-quo!

Yes, there are quite a few of them here!  You wouldn't expect it on a bitcoin forum, but they're still around.  Don't worry, most of us are very open to debate Smiley  You'll spot the odd ones out quickly.

Now, Im not sure where to post this… however… I'd rather the mods move this than delete it.

I was engaging in what i consider to be reasonable dialogue with Anonymint. on the Economic Forum
For whatever reasons, he/she/heshe decided to delete all my comments.

They were not abusive/racist/confrontational…..merely inquisitive and probing.. but still they may have questioned or challenged the status quo.

I kindly ask you not to judge me based on my time on the forum, nor my message count, but purely the principle.
Forums are here to allow free-thinking and diversity in thinking..If someone wants to challenge, they need to expect to be pushed back.

I care not that my few hours worth of diatribe have been deleted, i do however care that freedom of speech has been erased due to one persons
disagreement of anothers thoughts..

This same person is an advocate of freedom and personal rights … so it beggars belief… He challenges the rational yet deletes if this does not conform to his thought process.

Anonymint.. you are a hypocrite, a poor debater and a pussy…. no offence..
