I'm not a programmer but do you think that's a good price for a freelance job for that feature you are asking? I'm not sure about the workload and if the price is right. If you still have no coder for the feature, I think you need to raise it.
No. You're right on point. According to current bitcoin's price in the market, 0.01BTC is valued around $120 - $130 which is quite small for a feature that big since it goes beyond just feeding data from an API. I also feel that's the reason why the thread has gone unnoticed so far.
To the VBTC team, we have some on-forum developers that offers development services, you would get someone faster if you contact them personally instead. Also consider posting the ad on bitcoin dev job communities like the one on reddit. If it doesn't work, consider increasing the fee to attract more applications. Most devs won't apply if the fee doesn't compensate for the workload.
